“FRAUD!!! RUN!!! The worst marketplace I ever used! They didn’t inform the merchant that I had returned the 743 $ purchase so that I keep receiving invoices.
When I called parfums dream (5 times over the past 6 weeks) each time they recognize that they see my return and promise to inform the merchant and they don’t. They don’t even update my account with the status « products returned ». It’s a fraud to have this type of market place operating”
“NOT AN AUTHORISED DIOR SELLER AND BOTTLE NOT FULL
Bought 300ML of Dior Savage - the bottle arrived and did not feel full. After speaking to Dior THEY ARE NOT AUTHORISED SELLERS & THE BOTTLE IS MISSING AT LEAST 40ML OF CONTENTS. Dior said bottle and contents should weigh 350g and it only weighed 311g. I have disputed my payment with Amex - PLEASE DO NOT BUY I WISHED I HADNT.”
“Bought a Dior Sauvage parfum for my husband and received the worst cheap imitation. Despite selling me a plagiat, they refuse to take any kind of responsibility. Now I have to go through the effort of reporting it to the police and take next steps. Very upsetting!”
“Parfumdreams is a website that when there's a product damaged when you received it, it's all the post office's fault and the customer's responsibility. When customers ask for a return, because the supposedly brand-new product was now damaged (during the shipping, claimed by them), they are not allowed to return it. They will tell you at first, but with efforts on taking photos and they'll contact the courier. The next day, they told you you should be contacting the courier yourself. The outer package was fine while receiving it, not sure why it became the courier's problem. They just throw the responsibility to the customer - sending the message telling you to solve your own problem. Won't recommend buying any stuff from the website anymore. The customer service person is nice, but being nice won't solve problems, because the company's customer service is suck.”
“Ordered and paid for 1 item on 5th December item arrived 19/12 returned item
on 21/12via Royal Mail Postal Code IP28 6RX. Have made many calls to their german
customer services. I posted a review on Trust Pilot of 1 star. Later I received a email
stating my refund would follow in a couple of days. Today 9/1 they now say that
they do not have my item back yet. Royal mail tracking shows the item at the
delivery centre. Please do not buy from Perfumedreams as they NIGHTMARE”

When I did not receive it they told me to wait 24 hours.
I have now had 3 or 4 communications with them, we are 4 or 5 days later and still no discount voucher.

“Received my order today which was empty except for a stupid little sample. The perfume I ordered is not in the box. I have spent the last hour trying to get hold of them. The email doesn't work and the phones just cut you have. I want someone to help me but can't get anywhere with. The box had not been tampered with but is not secure enough to stop people opening it. Contacted them, filled out a form and send back images proving what I had received and 3 weeks later they still haven’t refunded me and are apparently still “investigating” not allowed to speak to a manager or complaint, so basically they steal your money”

*BEWARE* Company based in Germany, so if you need to return either perfume or aftershave from the UK for a refund you have no chance! These are Prohibited items now to ship internationally from the UK using Parcel Force (which is the prepaid returns form they provided). Website doesn't make this clear, and the customer service team are useless and unhelpful. So I am now left an unwanted item I physically can't return for a refund.”

I received 1 If I purchase perfume I’d expect free samples of perfume however I got foundation. What if it didn’t match my skin tone ? What am I meant to do with it ?”
