“I ordered two tubs of hair cream. I only got one. They asked me for photos, I told them I couldn't take a photo of something that wasnt there. They wouldn't refund me as I wouldn't send them a photo. I asked to speak to a manager, the denied me that request. Very poor service.”

“Items that are advertised on the website is not the item you will receive. The item package has changed and so has the contents. These items seem as replicas.
I sent out an email and the issue was not responded to until two weeks later. And this is when I was flying out of the UK so unable to return the used item.
So now I am left penalised. Where I am unable to return the item as I was only told to do this two weeks after my initial complaint. I am not happy. Really bad service And fake items.”
“Worst Company ever, got debt collectors to harass me!
This is my first review on this site and the sole reason I am writing is so that other people can be safe from this company. I ordered a perfume from this company in September 2021. The perfume never arrived. I got a refund from PayPal after raising a complaint. Had it just been this, I probably would have forgotten. The company got a debt collector agency involved and made up a false case against me stating I owe them money. The debt collecting company was in Germany and did not speak english. They kept harassing me and sending me letters stating my credit history will be affected and what not. Last month the case got transferred to the UK and I was finally able to get it closed after 7 stressful month”
“Company got our address wrong and royal mail sent the perfume back to the company before Christmas, this was confirmed by royal mail yet despite many attempts to get a refund we are still waiting for our money back and being fobbed off. Worst customer service ever”
“Items NEVER arrived! Told on the last day of potential delivery that ‘there were issues’ & that the items would take longer. A month later still no outcome. We ended up phoning, emailing, Twitter & Instagram to finally get some form of communication. We were then given endless ‘reasons’ to why it was delayed. However none of these stories matched. It took us reminding them of consumer rights, trading standards & recording every single attempt at communication to get some final outcome. Avoid at all costs! If I had seen the reviews before ordering I would never have done this. Such a shame. We will be forwarding on the experience to relevant agencies as it seems this is happening to so many.”
“Terrible customer service. I had ordered several products for Christmas presents and one did not arrive. I emailed them promptly with all the information. They didn't respond until 10 days later requesting that I send them a photograph of the actual box the products came in. After 10 days I had of course thrown the box out but I had given all the information as per their terms and agreement. They responded that they would not do anything until I sent them a photograph of the box shipped (ridiculous as they had all the information needed re the order). If they had this on their terms and conditions or if their customer had bothered to respond earlier than 10 days after my email, this may have been possible (although it is an unreasonable request which I have never heard of before from any company and given they had all the order information they needed). As a result, I have now paid them for a product I never received and they will not refund me. I will never ever use Parfum dreams again. Advance warning to all considering using them.”

I ordered a fragrance for my husband's birthday costing over £200. Delivery was due to arrive by the 5th of January. I recieved an email saying it was just dispatched. I rang customer services and an arrogant rude lady replied it won't arrive till next week. She shouted that it was my fault that I did not read the policy. I am absolutely gobsmacked. Its 8th today still no update on delivery. Will be returning the parcel straightway and will request my money back. Avoid at all costs, I don't think this company is legit. Please avoid”
“I returned a product two months ago and until now I did not receive a reply or my money back (order number 137096739). I contacted Parfum Dreams many times and they always say they will reply to me soon, but until now, nothing is done! Horrible experience.”

Customer service team is useless both on the telephone and via email. Would NEVER EVER order from this company again. Be prepared to be let down if you do!
