“I ordered a rather expensive set of face creams. When they arrived, one of the products was the wrong one.
The company just sent me the instructions to post it back and I had to go through all that hassle. No gesture to apologise about the mistake, and I'm still missing the product that I needed in the first place.
Not great customer service and I won't be buying again from them.”
“Horrible unserious company who refuses to take responsibility should any problem arise. If your package is lost or you need to return your product there is no chance of you ever seeing your money again. Stay away!”
“I had a terrible experience with Parfumdreams. I placed an order on January 3rd, and the payment was successfully deducted from my card. Shortly after, I received an email confirming that my order had been approved. However, a few days later, I checked the app and saw that my order was canceled, even though the payment was already taken.
I’ve sent two emails to customer support and received no response. I’ve also called their support line three times, and each time they told me they would follow up via email, but I’ve yet to hear back. It has been nearly two weeks, and I’m still waiting for my refund. This is just unacceptable. I’ve ordered from Parfumdreams before without any issues, but this experience has been awful.”
“Don't buy from them especially makeup. I ordered makeup from them in October. They chucked all items in a plastic mailing bag without any bubble wrap or anything protective packaging. All the blushers came broken and damaged and all packaging was damaged. If I was to buy from an individual seller on eBay, theu would pack the items better for me. I was shocked that a big company like them would ship items in this status.
To add salt to the injury it is now tge 19th of December and I'm still trying to follow up with them to get this resolved and get my refund. They keep beating around the bush, and are not resolving the issue and issuing my refund. I have sent them more than 10 emails. They take sometimes more than 2 weeks to reply to an email. There is no contact number for you to get in touch with them. You can only get in touch with them through a customer service form on their website. So it is a one way contact. Every time they replied , they asked silly questions and when you respond, they go quite. When you follow up, they send u a different question after 2 weeks. They asked for pictures which I sent. Then after two weeks they asked for the pictures again.
It is so frustrating to deal with such unprofessional company. If you care about your money, do not buy from this company because if you received damaged items or do not receive what you ordered, you will never be able to claim your money back. I put one star, if I could I would leave it with zero star. It is that bad.”
“This company is a fraud! I made my first order with them on 28/11/24 and they took the money from my account and never created an order! I contacted customer service explaining the situation and they responded back after several days asking to explain what the issue was…seriously?!?
I now have asked my bank to contest the charge, but this company is a fraud!!”

“I received the order to the UK, the original cardboard with the Parfumdreams print, but after unpacking it turned out to be an empty cardboard, which is a big mistake or a fraud. I called them twice, during the first conversation, it was admitted that they had a problem and many parcels reach the UK empty, during the second conversation the person was not polite and tried to shift the responsibility to the shipping company. By urging me to report to the courier that I did not receive my package when an empty package was delivered to me. It's been almost two weeks and to date I have not received a refund or any new information from them. If the situation is not resolved within the next week, I will report the matter to the appropriate trade control institute and notify both the German and British Police about the crime. I do not recommend it at the moment, total disappointment with customer service.

“Diffuser bottle arrived broken in transit and had leaked everywhere in the box. Customer service told me I had to get a claim number from the courier company (I don’t even know who the courier is!) before they could process my £50 refund. still waiting for a reply 6 days later - shocking Customer Service, will never use this company again.”
