“The website was clear and helpful. The items were advised to be delivered Friday but came as a "second try" today but to the "invoice address" rather than the "delivery address". That was not a great inconvenience as we're only 1/4 mile from the dly addrss . The courier did make it Friday as my wife saw him stop from her office over the front door but he never made it to the door with the parcel, just the "we tried but you weren't in" card. So she rang and arranged for Monday dly without knowing who the parcel was for otherwise she would have re-directed it to Gordon Cackett at Cleeve Croft. No big deal, the goods are exactly as required, we will use you again! thanks Richard Burden”

“I was very happy with the ordering process and subsequent despatch, but was very disappointed to have to pick my parcel up from a company at a different address to the one I gave. The parcel company delivered to postcode DN32 3AA when clearly stated on the parcel was DN31 3AE Regards Mr Atkin”

“Brake discs and pads delivered on time as promised - I live offshore which can often lead to delays - but packaging was nowhere near strong enough and also too big which meant the items could be thrown around inside leading to the box being damaged and having to be resealed by the courier.”

“Ok , ordered and received car battery in fair delivery time . First del battery was leaking acid , refused item . Second del , battery was leaking again , I decided to accept del as packaging was exactly the same as first del and no packaging improvements were made . I bit the bullet ( signed for it damaged ) wiped the acid from the battery and fitted it same day . All good from here on . Thank you Will recommend . Tried to use again already but did not carry the stock/ product required”

“cannot fault the service i received,got my exhaust part within 3 days and the only slight problem and the reason they did not get full marks is because they sent the wrong gasket”

“I received prompt email notification that the item I had ordered was no longer available but an alternative was available or I could have a full refund. One interesting aspect of a return visit to the web site as part of that email conversation was a significant increase in the prices of that and some other items I was interested in. When I mentioned that I was unlikely to order them at these new prices I was advised that there would be further advantagous changes to the prices that day and I should check again later. When I did so that evening all the prices had been reduced again to the level I had first noted! I placed the order and it was satisfied within two working days.”
