“Very simple site that makes configuring your PC easy. Then they check that everything is compatible. They then build and test before dispatch and give simple instructions for set up. My son now has a great machine. Thank you.”

“From configuration through the build to delivery i was kept informed with every step, my pc was delivered on time in the slot i was given. The pc runs has expected very quiet and the build quality is superb.”

“I would would 101% recommend PC specialist. My sons gaming tower arrived. The build is of excellent quality. The price i think was really decent for what i ordered (specs), even though was slightly out of my budget, but i know know this has been made specifically for what my son wants to play on it, so is definitely worth it. The customer service is 10/10. They have time to explain things to their customers. They are very helpful, friendly, kind and dont try to rush you off the phone. They recommended what specifications to go for, by going on what games my son wants to play. They didnt try to oversell me anything either. Unfortunately i found one of the feet on the tower was cracked when i had opened it up to have a sneak peek to measure it up for a desk i wanted to get, but i phoned up, and they were more than helpful. I wasnt angry about the situation as things do happen, and I currently am waiting for a replacement foot to arrive. I have no idea how to do it myself, but the email i received today said i can phone and they will help me. Communication was prompt aswell. Cant fault them at all. Came well packaged and was built and delivered within the time frame they gave. I will do another review with photos when i have switched it on as its for my sons birthday which is up coming.”

“computer blue screened after 5 hours then kept switching itself on and off could'nt even access the bios, it has been returned and is awaiting repair . Cost me 5k so i'm not happy”

“PC specalist has been fantastic in the past, however, I recieved a computer with what I believe is a faulty motherboard. I am currently in the process of returning the PC for this issue to be fixed. Cusotmer Service - The customer service is 10/10 they were able to help me with all the issues I was having/seeing. Price - I believe the price of the PC was reasonable as I was unable to find custom built PC's for the same price. Delivery - Sadly when my delivery had arrived it was water damaged. The delivery itself arrived within the outlined time frame. Returns and Refunds - Currently the process seems seamsless and they are happy to accept my return as I exaushted every avenue when trying to fix the PC with their support team help.”

“Very pleased with my new PC. It arrived within the specified time period and initial Set up was easy. I had a few minor questions that I emailed but they were answered fully within a day or so. Overall, I'm very happy with my new Intel/Windows PC. I would definitely recommend PC SPECIALIST if you're prepared to wait a few days for a quality build.”

“I bought a pc from pcs and had a lot of problems. I was without a computer for several months until they repaired it and when they sent it back it was still not as it should be. Not to mention customer service, a bunch of idiots who have no idea how to do their job. bad experience”

“Not quite sure how to right this review. I specced and bought a Elimina Pro Series: 16" gaming laptop with AMD Ryzen 7 Eight Core Processor 7735HS, 32GB Corsair 4800MHz SODIMM DDR5 and NVIDIA® GeForce® RTX 4060 - 8.0GB GDDR6 Video RAM - DirectX® 12.1. I bought ot for games like Starfield while I'm away from home. No matter what I do with the graphics settings in game in makes no difference to the visual experience and while it's running the game, the fans are running at max chat it sounds like there is an aircraft taking off in the room. I have to wear my sound cancelling headphones to be able to hear the game and can still hear the fan noise in the background. The game loads fast and there is no stutter or lag but the noise and disappointing graphics are a negative. Not managed to play any other games on it yet to see if it is just that one game, but I thought this machine should be more than capable of supplying a better experience than a console. PC Specialist themselves were great with processing the order and getting it shipped.”

“So on the hole was very pleased from ordering through to playing my first game other than unfortunately the riser rail I think they call it was broken in transit so when we first set the pc up it couldn’t detect the graphics card. On contact with pc Specialists they sent us out a new rail and gave us permission to change it without affecting the warranty. It’s working perfectly now so although frustrating at the time not really anyones fault and dealt with positively.”
