“Tailored PC at a competitive price. Quickly configured and delivered, with regular update emails on progress. Excellent service - and you get the PC you want! For me, I needed a light portable laptop but with the screen and graphics power to edit photos on the go ... so a tailored machine is brilliant ... and no more expensive than a Dell or other equivalent specced machine. The thing here is that you don't need to hunt for something to 'almost' or 'closely' matches what you need, but you can get exactly what you need ... similarly or even better priced. Priceless!”

“Easy to use, order came through promptly and followed the delivery plan fairly accurately. Very pleased with after sales support as had a small issue with some drivers not working. 1 phonecall and they dialled in and fixed.”

“The website was so straightforward even for someone who knows nothing about building a pc. Recommended specs to fit my needs and was very user friendly. Computer was built and came within expected time but I think something got knocked loose during shipping as the computer didn't boot correctly. Rang up the support line and the guy on the other end walked me through disassembling the PC and putting it back together with ease. Works like a charm and no issues what so ever. Great product and great support as well.”

“Great UI to configure my Laptop. Seem to automatically take into account which parts are and aren't compatible together (e.g: wattage requirements and other components that need be compatible) My only suggestion would be to remove excess folders that were already in my root C: folder. (I suppose it was used for testing purposes) and also, it's probably the most boring package I've ever seen for any device I've unboxed. Not a huge deal, but that initial excitement of a new device is diminished.”

“Website was easy to use, and built the perfect custom gaming PC for my daughter. Comms were clear at all stages of build, test and QA, and can't really find anything negative to say. This is her second PC Specialist PC, but the first time we'd ordered direct. Safe to say, it's the way forward now. So easy, even I could do it, and she's loving her faster gaming”

“A top tier service as always. I've been using PCSpecialist for several years now for a range of devices to various different IT clients of mine. I've had minimal issues, and when a rare problem does arise - their support team is quick to respond, useful and happy to help. I couldn't recommend them enough!”

“They built my pc for me and now I am able to play games and do work on it with no problem, the customer service was very good as when I took off my side panel to remove the foam and polyethylene foam I struggled to put it back on however after phoning up the phone service and talking to a PC specialist I was able to put it back on. Price was fair and delivery was delayed however when it arrived and came the pc was fine with no scratches or any problems”

“An excellent service from PC Specialist. I ordered three laptops, a desktop and several monitors which arrived promptly. The specification for the price is far better than buying the equivalent computers ready-made elsewhere. The staff were very helpful over the phone when we requested information. Minor niggles included the clunky ordering system where one cannot order more than one item of any peripheral per computer, so a manual additional order needs to be raised by a member of staff over the phone (want to buy two mice when ordering one computer: too complicated for their automated system!). Also, the specifications generated make it difficult to work out which is a desktop and which is a laptop - simply labelling 'desktop' or 'laptop' would be a great help. Items I needed to return were dealt with efficiently, but each needed to be treated separately so it was overly bureaucratic. It would have been nice to have been informed that the monitors came with HDMI cables so we wouldn't have ordered these separately, especially as they were ordered over the phone at the same time! I hope PC Specialist addresses the limitations in their ordering system, and I thoroughly recommend them.”

“Great service, quick build/delivery and very very helpful service from qoute to dispatch. I had some questions after my purchase and was helped by extremely helpful staff in the customer service dept. PCS is highly recommended by myself, this is my second PC from PCS and i would not use another company.”

“Easy ordering, any conflicts were pointed out before the order completed. Expected delivery date, seemed slow at first, but soon picked up pace to deliver on time. Great build and setup, although, as i had to add a few drives, took me a while to work out how to add the extra wiring (came with pc). Would order again from these.”
