“I've never bought a PC in this way before, having simply bought a standard item from the usual retailers. In short, I'm a novice. I found the PC Specialist website easy to navigate, and the whole ordering process very easy with regular updates. The PC itself arrived as described, very well packaged, and set up was straightforward. The machine performs really well and I'm very satisfied. I'd heartily recommend PCS to anyone and would use again.”

“Good communications and progress reports.. PC arrived and i started to setup and install OS, only to find that one had been installed already (along with bloatware etc) I specifically requested no OS, so had to spend extra time removing OS and deleting partitions etc. The case - while nice looking, does have a glass side panel which i didn't expect.. i wanted all metal - however looking at the pictures on the website it doesn't clearly make this obvious. Finally, there is a strange grinding noise that occurs in the PC for about a second just before the screen wakes up.. ...never does it any other time... strange... Overall - it's not exactly what I wanted (especially for the considerable sum paid) but it'll have to do now.”

“Happy with my new PC ordered from PCSpecialist. Before purchasing I checked the overall cost against building it myself & they only charge a slight premium it seems, which I'm more than happy with for the convenience (and the fact that I'm bad at cable management). Their site is super easy to use & I was really grateful that they let you amend your order with no extra fees before it reaches the build stage, as I changed my mind on what CPU + Cooler I wanted. Overall I'd say if you're looking to get a new PC, particularly if it's your first time getting into PC Gaming & are worried about all the intricacies of building your own but don't want to pay absurd premiums for a pre-built, then PCSpecialist is probably the best site out there for you! Highly recommend!”

“I have used PC specialist now for over a decade and had a few builds made by them. The reason I use this company is because their service is amazing and I have never had a problem with it. Their website is very easy to use and will prompt you if a component you have selected is not compatible with the rest of the build. Their customer service is top tier. Staff are very friendly and will always keep your best interests in mind. If you need a build to play a certain game for example and the build you have selected is far too good for that game, they will tell you and recommend things you can replace to save money. The staff really do know their stuff here. Want a custom build for a specific game or task? Send them an email first and explain what you need. I recently did the same to ask about a PC that could run several games on a Samsung Odyssey G9 and got a huge reply back with tons of info and recommendations. I wouldn’t use any other pre build site. Thank you PCS for your service!”

“This is my third build with PC Specialist and probably won't be my last. This is my first laptop build and and I couldn't be happier. Their customer support even helped diagnose a problem that I thought was with the laptop but turned out to be my KVM switch! If you want something better than the off-the shelf specs you get with other retailers, look no further than PC Specialist.”

“Part picking was super easy and the website gave a lot of feedback on if there were going to be issues i.e. needing more power, not needing a bracket etc. This meant that you could ensure that you aren't overbuying, or setting yourself up for failure. Build speed was fast (did pay for it to be rushed and it was worth it), delivery was smooth and all arrived safely. No issues with the build at all.”
