“Experts in the field, built a custom PC to meet the needs of the business. Set up was easy and apart from some printer issues which need resolving, I've had no problem.”

“Right from the offset the ordering and buying experience was straight forward. The website made it easy to select the various options available. Once the order was placed, regular updates were given as to the status of your order letting you know exactly where you were in the process. The PC was delivered as advised via the courier, well packaged and without any damage. I had an issue with some software I had purchased with regards to drivers ( please note a software issue not a pcspecialist issue ), I phoned the pcspecialist support team and they were delighted to help and resolve the issue. Very professional and courteous staff who went above and beyond. I would have absolutely no issue recommending these guys to anybody. A first class experience. Many thanks Tom”

“I am very pleased with the whole process of purchasing a product from PC Specialist. From the choices I made and the summary received, through the quotation and onwards until the final receipt of the order was a very smooth operation. The technical support required and received to diagnose and solve a problem with a missing Windows file was first class. All in all, a quality product and service has been received for a reasonable cost outlay.”

“Will definitely be buying from here again when i'm ready for another machine. Laptop delivered quicker than expected, and simply process of ordering and spec'ing. Far better than the equivilant from Currys and the likes, and i'd go as far to say, better value for money aswell”

“The ordering process was fantastic, easy and kept me up to date. I did have to ring them once, to check on the status, as it spent about 9 working days marked as "processing your order". The laptop itself is awesome! Quiet and well built.. i always love the finish of the laptop with PC specialist Iv been ordering from them for many years, i even ordered my dad his laptop through them when he needed a new one! They are MUCH BETTER QUALITY than your currys, argos etc. Price is always more compared to other shops... but its worth it, and i dont mind paying more for the quality. Good work”

“When buying, the website builder was easy to use and purchasing was smooth. When it arrived it had excellent build quality and when I had an issue (it was a bad windows update, not specific to my build) I received personal and detailed technical support to diagnose the problem and instructions on how to solve it. Haven’t had an issue since.”

“Ordered a bespoke pc and received it within a week. Any questions I had prior to ordering were answered immediately via online chat. All items were packaged well and set up instructions straight forward. This was the second computer I have bought from them.”

“Faultless. Ace pc, good website, good advice from the forums, just a total pleasure. I had a really bad experience with another company at the same time. The contrast was unreal. I've also had problems with couriers leaving parcels on my doorstep, even when I'm in. It seems the default now is chuck your stuff on your porch, take a photo and claim they handed it to you. PC Specialist tick the boxes on DPD to force them to get a signature at the door. Seriously good service. I cannot recommend enough.”

“Found the whole process from self build to delivery very good. Technical assistance available if required. Value for money, and quality of the computer is excellent. Used PC Specialist in 2010, and I only decided to replace that old desktop, as I needed a quality laptop of similar specification.”
