“I engaged PC Specialist in order to buy a gaming PC for a family Christmas present. They were very helpful on the phone in preparing a suitable specification and gave me time to study it. It was a nice touch how I was updated on how the build was going after I had placed the order. They also kept me updated on the delivery details and got it to me in time for Christmas as promised. It is a lovely PC and is working very nicely. Thanks!”

“This is my second desktop from PCSpecialost. As with the previous order 7 years ago the result is everything I could want. The delivery was on time even though it was the run up to Christmas, and the desktop arrived well packaged. The unit itself was exactly as I had specified and had all the supporting manuals I wpould expect for motherboard, case and wi-fi. As an automation engineer (retired) I could have done the build mysrlf but to be honest these people do a neater job tham I would and fully test the result. For me this is the go to company for a custom build because I know 100% I will be getting exactly what I specified. I particularly liked the updates they provide as a normal part of the build process which even included images of the build at various stages.”

“Despite set backs in the building phase, I've pushed it to 5 stars because of the well executed customer service. Problems were fixed relatively quickly and my build was pushed through on a fast track to make sure it arrived in time for Christmas. Very happy overall.”

“The overall process of choosing the parts for the pc was very simple and understanding, showing me when parts were compatible and when they were not. Each stage of the building process was updated every day and I knew exactly when the pc would arrive. The delivery was on time and it arrived safely and with no problems. Overall a great purchase.”

“Never bought a hi spec pc before. Wanted to get into 3d modelling. Spent days researching what spec I might need on forums, websites etc. In the end, a 5 minute phone conversation with them answered a lot of my concerns and actually ended up saving me money, compared to what I thought i needed.”

“This is my 4th laptop from PC Specialist and the only one I have had problems with! The laptop was ordered with 2 x 500GB hard drives and no operating system. The first hard drive worked without problems but the 2nd one did not. There was about 50 GB of files on it. The files were password protected, so I was not able to remove them. I could not format the drive to remove the files. The drive is working, or 450GB of it is, the team at PC Specialist were helpful but were not able to rectify the problem.”
