“Very pleased with the Lafite 3 laptop I’ve ordered! Just one thing is that the pictures online show the laptop with a fingerprint scanner and the laptop didn’t come with that feature…. Other than that very happy.”

“I've used PC Specialists twice now for 2 custom gaming laptops. They have been built fairly quickly to a good standard with eveything I asked for and delivered on time. Would highly recommend 👌”

“The PC was built and dispatched in the estimated time frame. Although everything seems fine with the PC. The install of Windows 11 seemed to be corrupted e.g. If I clicked on sound settings, it would come up with virtual reality settings or something. So not sure what happened there? I did a reinstall of Windows 11 and everything is fine now. That was the only issue I had and why I'm giving 4 stars.”

“Great experience overall with my order from PC Specialist. Site is easy to understand an helps build your dream PC quick. The time for delivery is quite large, took 12 days I believe, but they make it clear why and share the various stages your PC is at, even a 3D preview of it once its been assembled. Overall, very happy with my machine and the choice of buying from here :)”

“Great service - kept up to date at every stage, so knew when my PC was being built and tested. I now have a great mini PC and a nice 27 inch monitor. For the spec I asked for, even if I paid extra for a mini PC (sits in the palm of my hand), I think great value when compared with the "High Street". So far, no quality or build issues. Highly recommended.”

“Have purchased a gaming computer for my son and a laptop for my wife..really decent company nothing to much trouble..had a small issue with power lead for laptop ..phoned customer service and had new one sent out same day ..well built good parts used affordable price ..thankyou ..keep up the great work ..m smith happy customer ..”

“Having previously built my own PC’s and was considering doing so again this time I out of interest looked at PCSpecalist having been recommended to them by a colleague. The web site is super easy to use, in particular the custom build section which will highlight any problems with your selections when you press on proceed, including recommending downgrades that are unnecessary to save you money! Had a couple of queries and the sales staff are very efficient and knowledgeable, answered my question quickly and accurately. Email notifications at all stages of the build and delivery were great. Build and delivery time were within what had been quoted. The PC arrived very well packaged and was easy to set up. I really cannot fault the build quality very neat and the performance actually is better than expected. Also they sent me all unused cables etc, great as I had a couple of HD drives to the system to add myself. i could go on and on, but in short I highly recommend PCSpecalist and am in the process of ordering a PC for a friend from them, what more can I say. A++ for service and quality.”

“Easy to use website that made choosing which components very straightforward, smooth process throughout and communications were great so you knew what was happening when and based on my experience of costing very similar builds on a number of different website, I didn't find anything cheaper. Once the PC arrived, clear instructions about setting it up and it's now working brilliantly and up to my expectations.”
