“This was my first time using PCS and from the very start to the end, the service was perfect. Once the PC was built, they even provided pictures or it so you could verify the whole instalation yourself, which i really liked.”

“I was unfortunate to have my old laptop and a newer reconditioned PC both die in the space of 2 months. I relied on both heavily for photo and video editing. I wanted a replacement that had the same capabilities of my PC (if possible) but in a laptop. I want sure if this was possible but after several email exchanges with a specialist from PC Specialist, I had identified a laptop and specs to suit my needs. I was impressed that I was able to track everything to do with my order on line and even had options to customise it. My laptop arrived and has been so quick and easy to use that I wish I had come to PC Specialist earlier. It was highly recommended by a few UK photographers when I asked where to get a new computer from. My only regret is that I forgot to ask if I could have an SD card reader fitted for ease but I realise that was my oversight. I would highly recommend this company to anyone wanting a new computer to perfectly fit their needs.”

“The computer was built and set up just as I asked and I was sent regular updates as it was being built. It came very well packed if I had any criticism it would be that tips on how to remove the packaging especially the internal ‘hardened foam’ would have been helpful”

“This is the 3red laptop we have had from PC specialist. The first was a custom gaming one for my oldest son which had bells and whistles and flashing lights and was awesome and showed how good it is to be able to pick up a phone to discuss with someone who knows what they are doing. Since then we have had it cleaned. Again. A very easy efficient process. The next 2 laptops are the ones like mine for myself and my younger son. 14in for handy drop in your bag use. Sleek. Light and so smooth to use. I recommend PC specialist to so many people not just for the quality of product but the personal touch of one the end of the phone. I will be getting a mini tower from them soon as well. There is no other place to go as far as I am concerned and the after service is brilliant if you need them. Highly recommend them”

“I've always built my own gaming pc's so this was my first time using an online PC configurator/builder. I am very impressed with the communication and speed of the service from start to finish. In fact the speed from ordering to shipping is amazingly efficient. The 360 angle photo of your build is also a really nice touch. Cable management is spot on and the Bios was on the latest version. The system arrived very well packaged, not a single scratch/dent on the case. My only slight gripes are firstly the RAM was not running at the correct speed, resetting the Bios fixed this, but it's a good job i checked. Also due to the CPU cooler size, it had to be fitted with the fans in a different position (behind the heatsink which is rather ugly) to avoid covering the RAM. I appreciate this decision to not hide the RGB RAM, but it would had been nice to have been notified off this before the build as i would have maybe chosen a different cooler. In fairness to PCS, when i told them about this, they offered to collect the PC and change the components. I declined but the offer was greatly appreciated. This isn't a big issue and I am still super impressed and happy by the service and would 100% use again and recommend. This PC is a huge upgrade for me!!! Thank you very much :)”

“From initially browsing specs on the website, through placing the order to the earlier than expected delivery, every step of the process met or exceeded my expectations. Installation was totally uneventful, apart from my not realising that VGA was no longer in use. Fortunately I had a brand new DVI cable in my box of bits. In addition, I encountered a few issues when updating my previous (six-year old) PC Specialist machine to use as a a backup, and the support for that was just as impressive as you'd expect for a new machine.”

“I've bought a few laptops / desktops from PCS over the years, and when the time comes I'll buy from them again. Great communication / tracking where you can keep up to date with the build / testing stages of your purchase. As always you get the spec what you ask for. The only gripe I have is with the delivery firm (and not PCS) of my last purchase. It should have arrived within 24 working hours, the delivery company (PDP) was late, when finally out for delivery they said they could not make the delivery and would try again the following day. Their parcel tracking service showed a photo of a different address they said they had tried to deliver it to(this photo they subsequently deleted). We contacted PCS customer support immediately and explained the situation. PCS customer support were brilliant and contacted the delivery firm, hey presto within 30 minutes our laptop arrived!”

“The last time I bought a computer from PCS was in 2012. It still works great and outlasted the 2 laptops I bought from HP since then. For my next laptop, I decided to try out a PCS high end custom laptop and after 3 months of use I can say it has been great so far. I like the fact they have a very informative laptop/computer configuring page and I can pick and choose the configuration I want without ending up with a bad configuration - which usually is the risk of customization. I haven't needed to use their warranty or support so far, but I hope it is as good as their products.”
