“There was an issue with a dent in the side panel of my case (clearly a DPD issue) and PCS sorted it out with a replacement very quickly. PC performs great with excellent idle and load temps. Very quiet, too!”

“Could not be any more happy with the whole process start to finish. Customising my machine was so easy and smooth, then the production process is so transparent and quick! I love that I'm informed of the same of the person doing each stage - really shows that you have nothing to hide, and you take ownership. Loved the 360 preview once the build was done - really built up the hype! 10/10 would use again in a heartbeat!”

“Very happy with a recent order for a new desktop PC for my son to do schoolwork and play games on. Easy for me to set up and get running for him, and he is no longer moaning about how long things take to load. Was kept informed throughout the build from order to completion and then shipment. Thank you”

“Very easy to order online. My chosen setup was automatically checked for compatability and any issues highlighted so I could amend. Once ordered, confirmation was quickly received. Emails indicating where my build was and at what stage was received regularly. When dispatched emails from pcspecialist and dpd were received advising of delivery. On delivery day (just 6 working days after order) email from dad with delivery slot was received. They delivered bang on time stated. Delivery op was very pleasant and courteous, laptop was well packaged and received in perfect condition. Booted up, installed a few bits and away I went..... Very pleased with the laptop quality and the whole procedure. Deserve the 5 *'s”
