“I was given freuquent updates about my pc at every step, when it was delivered the packaging was tight fitter keeping ut perfectly intact. The manual that it came with is super handy and explained everything i didnt understand.”

“I made my pc online, and a week later it was in my home ready for the easy setup, what an amazing bit of kit, my old PC was a dinosaur in comparison, I'm very happy with the service and the product, I am still discovering the wonders of modern tec with my new PC, thankyou PC specialists, I'm very happy with what you made for me to my spec.”

“I've ordered a few PCs from here now. Generally love the service and build process. One PC had some loose cables so the fans weren't running - the support wasn't particularly helpful - but otherwise, I would definitely recommend. This is the service that Dell should have been.”

“This was my first buy with PC Specialist and had my custom built gaming computer put together. We put down all the specs that was needed and sent off the order. I was so thrilled from start to finish. I really like how they informed you of every step that they were at and what was happening. Also gave me a 'sneak preview' of the computer itself and kept me informed at all times. I was thrilled when my computer was delivered with great care. I was over the moon with the attention to detail and how it had been meticulously put together. It was worth every penny ! The computer and graphics run like a dream. I am thrilled with this first class service that PC Specialist provided and I would highly recommend them if you are considering replacing or buy a new computer. You will not be disappointed.”

“I usually build myself, but these guys do it for a price that cant be argued with as I can no longer be asked to for it myself anymore. Furthermore, though my GPU was faulty on arrival the customer service was not only excellent with no waiting on hold, but they got a new gpu to me next day. The whole process was easy which is how everything should be. These guys will recieve my order again when I upgrade. 7800x3d and 7900xtx, DDR5 6000mhz.”

“My wife is very happy with her build. I would recommend PC specialist to anyone who’s afraid to build a PC themselves. The build quality is fantastic. Build speed is fantastic. I believe it only took the guys 5 days in total from purchase to being at my drive. The one I bought myself is still going since 2021”

“Being able to choose components began the journey of anticipation. This was supported by regular tantalising glimpses and updates from the assembly and testing people. Then a constant eye on emails for delivery. My son was unbearably excited and then it came. He has been in hogs heaven ever since. Great product, great customer care only one thing missing - lessons for Dad so he can understand what the hell is going on.”

“I bought my first gaming PC around 7 years ago, unfortunately the i7 wasn't compatible with W11 so I decided it was time for a complete upgrade. I enjoy PC gaming but don't know about the latest components or what would be best for what I need. I knew I'd always had great support on my other device, even when outside of warranty so I decided to call and see if they could help me create a build. To my surprise this is something they offer. After discussing my budget and what features I knew I wanted (such as ray tracing, preferred brands etc) the agent selected parts which came in below budget and explained why they chose that item. This was saved as a quote which was sent via email and I knew it was perfect so bought it right away. Once received, I realised my old monitor didn't have the right connections, I called support and they offered advice which resolved the issue. PC Specialist have made the world of PC gaming accessible to anyone and it's only served to build my trust in the company and it's great to see how much has changed since my previous purchase. You get regular updates on how the build is progressing and can also see a 360 view of the built device. I will be back, but hopefully not for a while. Thank you!”

“Second PC bought from them and very good each time. Website is good to make sure no compatibility issues before buying. Very good communication during the building and sending stage. I had a piece broken (vent clips) in shipping and they immediately sent a new part after I emailed. No issues with the computer itself and will likely buy from them again in the future.”

“The website was a little techi to use meaning you needed to know a little about computers and what goes inside them in order to order what you wanted. But then I guess you only come to PC Specialist if you are a techi. Good experience overall and so far it's working very well.”
