“I'm running out of superlatives to describe this wonderful store! Have bought so many of my pen collection from them and they have never ever disappointed. Great prices, special offers and an easy to use website, what's not to like? The little handwritten note on the receipt is a lovely personal touch and shows the total class of the store. Long may it continue!”

“Excellent company ! When the item I ordered was out of stock I wa immwdiately emailed and offer a very similar but higer priced item AT NO EXTRA COST TO ME ! How many other companies would do that ? ... none that I know of ! Most would just want to refund you and probably loose you business too, as you would look elsewhere. This firm will definitely get my custom in future for it's excellent customer service, it really DOES care about the customer, a rare thing indeed these days, Thank you very much "The Pen & Paper"”

“Hi Delivery was quick but - Pens came with no instructions (but they are available on line) The rollerball came with a blue refill (which is no use to me) when I was expecting a black one as in the description - "Lamy Swift Palladium Rollerball pen features a unique clip – when the pen is in use the clip retracts into the pen so does interfere with the users hand. Glossy-chrome push button. Includes a black M66 refill." Sorry to be a bit negative! Best regards Don”
