“It didn't cost much, it is an identity tag with allergies, but it is cheap and nasty looking”

“I ordered the product in August, I am still yet to receive it. I have emailed and had no responses and phoned to hear a voicemail asking to email. One occasion I managed to leave a message and again no response. The item was purchased out of money given by my class to buy a gift from them to celebrate the end of the school year. The service has been appalling.”

“Promised delivery within seven days. Fourteen days went by and hadn’t even heard from them. I emailed to then be informed they had a ‘delay’. No further explanation and a very blunt email response for the reply. Item was lovely but dry bad customer service.”

“Absolutely appalled by their service! I waited over 3 weeks for my delivery in which I needed not being able to give to my niece as her birthday present! I ordered it in plenty of time! Wouldn’t recommend”

“The item received was not as pictured. I had ordered a chain with heartbeat which had a heart along the chain but the item I received had only the heartbeat & no heart. I had also asked for it to be engraved as it was a chain for my mother in memory of my sister who passed away last year, I understood the engraving might have been hard to do due to the product size but I received no contact to say of it could be done or not & just arrived not done. I kept the item as the timeline to get something else would have meant missing the occasion to give it to my mum but I would not be purchasing from this site again.”
