“Good quality merchandise and the engraving is excellent, my only complaint is contacting personalised jewelery. No one answers the phone and delivery, you should not advertise next day delivery if you cannot complete it, and the answering of emails, I have sent two or three emails without getting a reply within the two b hours time slot”

“Very good Customer Service and communication with Sue who, despite being incredibly busy, made time to get my order completed and went out of her way to get it in the post (nicely packaged), so that I could receive it by the Monday in order for me to get the charm necklace posted with a card to Australia as a matter of urgency. Definitely recommend”

“I purchased this wonderful bangle in memory of my Mum who has just passed away. The service was excellent and I am over the moon with the bangle, which is a nice weight and the inscription out of this world, I know my Mum would be very pleased. I can only highly recommend this company firstly for the quality of their product and secondly for the prompt service. Thank you guys for making a sad occasion one to remember.”

“Not happy at all. It does not look how it should especially the chain. Plus no funnel to make it easier to insert ashes. It's not what I expected at all even the box it came in horrid. You would think the little things would matter to you as they matter to your customers. The chain I brought is for a birthday present and I have had to replace box and chain not forgetting having to buy a funnel. Unhappy customer”

“Delivery was late! When it arrived I emailed telling them one of the jewels was missing. I received an email back asking me to send a photo, done it there and then and have had no reply a week later!!!!!”

“Very happy with the outcome of the products, high quality necklaces. Only negative was how long the delivery took as it was for a birthday gift but I guess it was worth the wait. Definitely will recommend the products from here to others and will order from here myself again.”
