“I purchased the stain & odor remover to treat dog urine stains my new rescue dog made on the carpet. I pre-soaked the areas twice to remove any residual shampoo first and then treated as per your instructions. This has caused the stains to turn a much darker colour and made them even more obvious and the carpet is definitely ruined.”

Hi Cornelia, Thanks for leaving your feedback. As a small Aussie family-owned business we appreciate good and bad feedback, as this helps us grow and improve our product offering. When the stain turns a darker colour this, unfortunately, means there was another product used before using PetLab or the carpet fibers were burnt from the uric acid crystals which are irreversible. To achieve the desired result you may need to try repeat applications and leave the area to air dry for 24-48 hours. This will help the stain get less and less visible. “Being the owner of two small dogs both having separation anxiety They don’t go too far from the house to go to toilet no.1 I’ve tried odour eliminators and disinfectants Honestly I was surprised with the actual elimination of the smell of urine using the neutraliser and the concentrated deodoriser is that lovely my neighbour wanted to know what flowers we had in the garden lol Thank you for making a product that does what it says and I will be replenishing my bottles when empty 10/10 five stars guys”

“After some excellent advice from Selwyn, we have now managed to conquer the smell on our artificial grass that is used by two Westies. Although we had been using the turf disinfectant (incorrectly as it turns out!), on his recommendation we've now used the enzyme solution stain and odour remover in conjunction with the turf disinfectant and bingo! No more smelly turf! Thank you Selwyn and PetLab for excellent advice and products.”

“I was a bit sceptical about this product so I bought a one litre bottle to test it out. I used it sparingly on the wooden floor and carpeted ares and also sprayed it on the dog beds. It definitely worked on the floors and significantly lessened the odour on the dog beds so will do another application. I also went back and bought a larger bottle so I guess that says how happy I was with it all!!”

“I am so happy I found this product I have 4 puppies and my house smells like roses (lavender actually) because of Petlab I don’t know what you guys put in this stuff but it is amazing I even use it on stains on my clothes the best thing I’ve ever used in my life I will never be without it worth every dollar”
