“My experience this time was a bit mixed, after making a complaint about my time at a VIP event I was treated really well and given a good deal on the car that we purchased. The staff in the showroom couldn't do enough to try to compensate for the poor VIP experience.
On the Saturday we bought the car I was told I would get a call on the Monday to let us know when the car would be available. I never received a call on the Monday and when I phoned in to the showroom I was on hold for approx five minutes before hanging up.
The following day I did receive a call on my answer service from the sales person letting me know he had been off on the Monday and that everything was okay with the purchase and I would hear in 24 hours when the car could be picked up. This meant it would be four days after buying the car before I would know when it was available.
Thankfully this call came within 24 hours and the car was picked up on the Thursday.
I am extremely happy with the car and the deal I have picked up, but it is the small things that could be done better. The old maxim is under promise and over deliver, the follow up after the sale seemed to be over promise and under deliver.”

“I had a good experience dealing with peter vardy to get my car and I believe the best service was given to me to help me make my choice. I was very satisfied with my dealings with Scot Martain and he was a great help to me. However during the hand over of the car I was not made aware of changes to my deal and this was left unaware to me when I took the car away. Besides this set back it was quickly made up for thanks to Scot and the managers of Peter vardy and for that I am very greatful.”

“From the very first contact with the sales representative, which was Paul Brims, he was polite and helpful. I have never bought a car from the car dealer before and was a little afraid of being talked into something I did not want. After carefully listening and considering my needs for usage of the car as well as the size, look, exploitation and the inside part of the car, Paul took time and showed me all the option I was looking for. He was honest and careful in the choice I was making and this has built the trust and comfort of feeling that I will make the right choice.
After choosing the car, I was taken for a pleasant and comprehensive test drive where I had the chance to ask all questions about the car.
After making my mind about the car, the purchase process was made with no hassle. Paul explained every aspect of the finance and procedures we had to go through. I was also given a discount that I negotiated with the manager, which I was quite happy with. All staff was doing the best for me to drive away the same day. Unfortunately, due to unforeseen circumstances from my side I was unable to do so but later that day Paul informed me all has gone through and I can pick the car up on Monday. On the day I was picked up by Paul from the desired destination, which saved me the hassle to find the dealer again by myself, to finalise the purchase and pick the car up. I was explained how to exploit the car the most efficiently and received some extra cleaning products, which made me even more pleased. I am still waiting for the main car key, which was not available at the time but I am being informed what is the status of the order.
So far I am very pleased with the car and the service I was provided.
Paul and the management were nice and a pleasure to deal with. Paul is an asset to you company and he will be my first port of call the next time I need a car.

“I was very impressed with the sales process at Peter Vardy Kirkcaldy.
However, I was very disappointed when I went to collect my new car. The wheel arch at the rear of the car were sticking out and paint was missing.
I have since informed the garage and they are taking steps to rectify this but I will now have to take time out to drop the car off and collect when ready.
How this was missed by staff I have no idea but this has slightly knocked my confidence in buying again with Peter Vardy. I was beginning to think I had finally found a garage that I would repeat buy from.”

They kept in contact with me throughout the whole purchase process and have contacted me since purchase to make sure everything was ok and I was happy with my purchase. The glass of non-alcoholic wine and the flowers on the day I picked the car up were a very nice touch.”
“In short we love Peter Vardy Aberdeen, and we have had four new cars from them. I am very impressed with Elliot Bailly who we have dealt with on all occasions and respect the fact that he has helped and guided us with choices and information. Everything from sales, customer service, vehicle knowledge and repeated attention has impressed me.
I have to comment though that the vehicle hand over on the last car purchased wasn't as good and thorough as previously experienced, and feel that the young lad dealing with this was maybe inexperienced in this role. We passed this information back through our sales rep, Elliot who was most apologetic. This was raised as an observation not a criticism and will not deter us from going back.”

“I bought a car from peter vardys last year it was a complete disaster from the start messed about from the off. Then I went to get it serviced which took all day for an oil filter change got it back oil all down the front of my engine and car still filthy. Then a sun visor I had been waiting for , for 13 months was the wrong colour will not be dealing with them again I have heard from one guy in the waiting area who had been waiting 7 hrs they want your money then nothing more to do with you.
