Friendly, professional and a good overall service. Car was clean and presented well on collection. Mats were missing, but on highlighting this a brand new set were provided free of charge.

Very poor follow up once the deal had been struck against a brand new vehicle. It took 11 (ELEVEN) months and continual badgering to receive the PIN Code for the radio and immobiliser plus the key number - neither of which were with the vehicle upon delivery. Next issue was when it came to change the tyres - a small kit containing removed wheel studs plus the special unlocking socket for the locking wheel nuts was delivered with the car - upon removing the black plastic caps from the studs there was no evidence of a locking wheel nut on either wheel! Despite personally calling at the (Vauxhall) garage from where the vehicle was purchased, making on-line contact via email and then an on-line live chat in an attempt to resolve this issue I am no nearer to reaching any resolution

I had major issues with the car I bought in Jan. So gavin woo helped me find a new one. He went out of his way to find me a car so I give him 5*. Due to the car being faulty I think Peter vary should have taken the car back with me being left with debt. I will most likely not buy a used car from you again as I do feel I have been ripped off.

Had great customer service from Martin from the minute I stepped into showroom til I drove off in my new Mokka. Absolutely straightforward selling with no hiccups.

I telephoned in advance and spoke to Stuart , who met me on arrival. He was very attentive and knowledgeable about the stock available and also didn`t pressure me to buy a car that was above my price range. I have had this happen in other garages. He arranged for me to go on a test drive and told me a bit about the car and the company. I was very impressed and felt that I had been given all the information I needed to go ahead with the purchase. I also purchased the GAP insurance and platinum protection which I felt were good value for money. On collection it was very quick and smooth also. I was very happy with the whole experience and would use garage again .

Service at peter vardy was excellent. David was good the first time I was there but he was busy the next time I went in so Stuart dealt with me. He was also very good and answered all my questions. I would have no hesitation in recommending peter vardy to friends and family

Poor service and communication: Booked my BMW 3 Series in for a MOT. On my arrival I went to the showroom where I was left sitting for 30 minutes . I was contacted later in the day to state that my car had failed on emissions and that it has to be put on a BMW computer and they recommended a company they a relationship with. At this point I decided to phone the BMW Dealership in Kirkcaldy. Their head mechanic informed that my car has infact passed the BMW required emissions output for that model and it had been tested wrong and even offered to speak to your employee to advise the test specifications for that model. I phoned Peter Vardy and informed them of this and we agreed to a new test on Saturday the 13th of June. I phoned and agreed to a second MOT for 10 am on Saturday arriving promptly. I went to the servicing office where I waited around 30 minutes to get served. Once served I was informed my retest of the emissions only would take one hour as a car was currently being tested. After our arrival 1 hour later my car was taken into the garage and after another 45minutes I was informed my car had failed on emissions as they were very high. I stated the previous figure from the week before and he said ‘yes that’s it’. Clearly no additional lessons learned or communicatation was passed on.

Firstly may I apologise for the delay in returning this review. I have had problems with the internet that have finally been fixed, On arriving at Peter Vardy, Kirkcaldy Branch, my friend and I were greeted by David Ivison who was very polite, helpful and relaxed, After explaining what I was looking for David gave us some time to look around stating that he could be found either in the forecourt or at his desk when we were ready. I liked this as on past occasions, at other salesrooms, I have felt the salesmen to be hovering or pushy towards getting a sale. After looking around I spotted a couple of cars that I liked. David got the keys and let me have a look inside. I found David to be very informative and knowledgeable about the cars and he answered any questions that we had. We also had a laugh and joke at two tall guys sitting in the back of Susuki Swift. I explained to David that I had already put a deposit on a car elsewhere and was going to test drive it but that I would be back to test drive the one I had looked at. David stated to get him at his desk and he would organise this for me. After going round the test route and having a laugh, which made me feel at ease, I asked David for a little while to decide which of the cars I prefered. David obliged and I looked around again while I was deciding. I asked David if I could take another car, a Corsa, for a test drive. Again David obliged and both him and my friend noticed and comented how comfortable I looked driving it. They also added it had more room for two tall guys. I had already made my decision by this time. While arranging the paperwork David made sure we were comfortable and looked after with tea, coffee etc and then arranged for some slight scratches to be fixed and the car to be valeted before I picked it up the next day. On arriving to pick up the car I was again greeted by David and after completing the final paperwork I was presented with a bottle of wine, a box of chocolates and the keys to my new car. I can honestly say that this is the best experience I have ever had in buying a car and as stated made better by the fact that I wasn't rushed into making a decision by a pushy salesman. I would highly recomend Peter Vardy, Kirkcaldy, to my family and friends and in particular David for all his attention and patience to my friend and I. Thanks once agiain to David for all his help and for my new car.

Excellent service and a very good deal on the car we bought. All the staff made considerable effort to make us feel welcome and our custom valued. The icing on the cake was Daniel running down the street after us to pass something on to us. Will highly recommend to others.

From the time I entered the very impressive showroom until leaving it was a pleasure. being met by salesman Darren Tait was a pleasure from begining to end.His manner and proffesionalship was exemplarly. He showed us round the car we were interested in, explained everything and then took us for a coffee and a chat. He then asked about the car we were exchanging then gave us a quote. Mark the finance guy came and had a chat with us and a deal was struck. We were told our new Vauxhall Mocca Se would be ready in about a week but it only took 4days. When the pick up time came we were greeted by another lovely person Kelly and the handover took place. the flowees and wine were a nice touch. All in all a very pleasant experience. Darren Tait, Mark and young Kelly should come in for a special mention as they treated us brilliantly A nice experience and a brilliant car. Our thanks to all John McKeen

In all honesty, I have avoided large national car salesrooms in the past, but I gave Peter Vardy an opportunity to impress on this occasion - and they have done just that. I initially bought a 14 plate Vauxhall Mokka with a fantastically low mileage on it, which had to be sent north to Aberdeen, so I had to wait to see it. When the Mokka arrived in Aberdeen, Peter Vardy refused to release it for sale. Although the exterior of the vehicle was in pristine condition, the same could not be said for the interior and as a result, Peter Vardy was unwilling for the car to be passed on to anyone. Within a week, Peter Vardy found a replacement car, (this time a pre- registered (15 plate) Mokka with the same spec.) and with only 5 miles on the clock for me. Really pleased with the new car and even better pleased that Peter Vardy refused to pass on a substandard motor to me. I am sure that this might not happened with every dealer. My mind has been completely changed regarding the care you receive from large national car dealers - some (Peter Vardy) do consider their customers. A big thanks to Peter Vardy for this excellent service.

nice smooth transaction, vehicle well presented, sales were very helpfull, some minor glitches in that not all paperwork was handed over with the vehicle (had to request the MOT certificate after I got home and checked all the docs), also I dont believe the vehicle was thoroughly checked over, whilst I appreciate that it wasnt due a service, I would have thought that all the basics, fluid levels etc would have been checked? the Power steering fluid was just above minimum, I would have expected that to be on Maximum?

I was very pleased and happy with all of the staff at your showroom in Motherwell especially john the salesman who worked with us to get the best deal for us and not trying to hard sell us in fact he saved us money so thanks and I would come back to your showroom in Motherwell again in the future.

Hi, I was recommended by a friend to visit Peter Vardy and I am extremely pleased and delighed with the service I received from your staff. Robbie attended to me and was extremely helpful, going out of his way to attend to all my needs, and getting the best financial deal he could for me which was excellent, even better, Robbie phoned me with a better monthly package that his manager Garry had acquired for me, what excellent service. I am extremely happy with my new car and at the change over stage Jason saw to me and passed me over to Fiona. Fiona was excellent, friendly and very helpful and new everything about my new car and explained everywell very well. My experience was fantastic with the staff at Peter Vardy and I must say I have never been treated so well, may I also say, that the flowers and glass of fizz is such a wonderful touch and so unexpected, just fantastic. Staff always around to give a cup of coffee and slice of cake, absolutely excellent, was never left myself and was fully attended to. Thank you so much. Kathleen
