“The service we received from Allan McCullough in Perth can't be faulted he was in constant contact from early days he was never in a rush but more than willing to sit and explain every aspect of the delivery even to the point of showing us the new style and test driving it before we decided.
The only annoying part of the whole process was that we would have to purchase new mats again despite leaving the previously purchased mats as they don't fit in the new car.
That's said very happy with service given by Allan although must also point out were treated very well every time with offer of tea and coffee each time.

this was the 3rd car I bought from your dealership in the last 9 odd months, and it was because of the good service for the two other ones bought before this one (last November and last June), from Kenny Campbell, that I came back to him for this one.
Apart from the outstanding response and service I got from Kenny, my impression of your dealership is NOT a good one:
- I consider it, by and large, is a waste of time: phone calls are not answered promptly, in fact wait is sometimes antagonising; and then when they answer, they transfer you to a dead phone;
- that service/spares is the same: some guys mill about taking every care not to make eye contact with clients waiting, leaving people wait so long one would think nobody cares;
- that I want and I dealt only with you

“Excellent experience. Very happy with the service from start to finish. Disappointed to be told that the car would come with £20 of fuel but it was clear that this was not the case. There was some fuel in the car but I had to fill it up when I got home (less than 30 miles away). Other than that I am happy with my new car.

“Can't fault the salesman he went out of his way to help and advise on what I required. We did ask to be left alone to have a look which was respected. Although he was on hand to ask any questions that we had. Made to feel very welcome and nothing was too much trouble for him. Nothing was rushed I got to take as long as I wanted and he did not seem phased by my questions about different cars. Would highly reccomend the same man to any of my friends who were looking for a car.
In our opinion the only down fall was the lack of parking spaces for customers coming to view but ha e to say the staff did go out there way to try and assist you to park even offering to Find somewhere to park for you so you could go look around.
