“I had seen the special offer on the Vauxhall Mokka and was very interested to see what it was like as I wanted an SUV but not something that was too big, I was shown the Exclusiv and the SE and liked both and opted for a silver exclusiv and I am very pleased with it. I felt the offer price made it affordable as if I had had to consider buying it brand new I maybe would not have been able to afford it. The sales executive and manager were very helpful and ensured my needs as to which car to have were met.
Overall it was a good experience.”

“I was very pleased with the service provided by the Senior Sales Advisor both during the negotiation period when trying to agree an acceptable deal for both parties and for subsequent dealings with both him (for the majority of correspondence) and his stand-in / replacement during his brief time away for vacation. At no time was I left waiting for information. Any queries raised by me were answered promptly and I received regular updates on the car build etc. during this process. Overall for this transaction I was very satisfied.

“Initially dealth with John who was fantastic gave me all the info I needed but wasn't pushy at all made me feel comfortable and able to look around at ease, on return Declan served me he was also great and ensured everything was as I wanted and helped advise when I wasn't sure, overall great service. Almost had an issue regarding collecting. The car however Declan ensured it was all sorted very promptly couldn't thank the staff enough.”

had to wait as the mobility salesman had a customer but he was very nice and pleasant and very helpful when I got to see him and explained the changes on my new car after he had brought it as near to the door as he could and has followed up with a phone call to ask if all is ok was disappointing that it was not explained that the new car could not be supplied until the day the old lease run out but will know for the next time also when I called was told the salesman would call back which took 3 days and one call on Saturday lots on sunday and 2 on the Monday before getting the call back on the Monday night

“I bought a used car on 8th July. I collected it 2 days later having been told to my make sure I brought the 2nd set of keys for my existing car which the dealer had bought. However when I collected my new car the 2nd set of keys were not available. I was told they would have a look for them and ring me when they found them.
On 15th July I still had not heard from them so rang. The salesman was busy with a client so they took a message and said he would ring back when he was free. On 17th I still had not been contacted so rang again. This time I was able to speak to the salesman who sold me the car and he told me they were unable to find the key so would have to order one in which would take a few days. I told him I was going away in 4days and would like to have it before I left which he said was unlikely. I then said if that was the case would he phone me on my mobile phone, the number being in the forms he filled in when I bought the car but he took it down again anyway. Or he could leave a message on my home phone which he also had the number for.
I returned from holiday the evening of 5th August having heard nothing from him at all, and no message. So I rang the next morning to speak to the manager. Both he and the salesman were busy and I was told a message would be given to the manager that I am very unhappy. It is the evening of 6th August and I heard nothing today.
To say that I am very unhappy is an understatement!! I think I have been extremely tolerant.
There were a couple of things I thought were not very good when I was going through the process of buying the car but I thought they were quite petty. This has changed since the problem with the keys.
Don't think I would buy another car from Peter Vardy.”
