“Worst customer service I have experienced avoid at all costs.
Staff will make arrangement to call and discuss complaints and not follow up. Happened to myself on all three occasions.
Paid for a service that was partially completed and they refused to reimburse for work that had not been carried out even though it had been paid for.
Make sure you use recommended mechanics and not these monkeys who lack competence to assess the cars safety critical systems.
Extremely disappointed by these time wasters.”
“Pleased with the overall service provided by the team at the Dalgety Bay branch. Michael Kench, the sales executive I was dealing with, was particularity helpful and approachable and helped find a specific model of car that I was after.
The one negative thing about my dealings with Peter Vardy is the website. It became clear to me that the cars posted on the website are mainly just examples of cars that might be available and not actually cars that are at branches across Scotland. Due to this I did consider taking my business elsewhere, it was only the good work of the sales team that prevented this.”
“I have recently purchested a car fron reg vardy aberdeen. The car started to have problems 3 weeks. Problem was engine would stop when driving and smell of fuel. Reported to reg. They checked said they fixed it. 3 days later same thing happend but this time the stoped at park hill junction all most causing a 7 car pile up. Reported to reg vardy. No one can botherd with my complaint. I have been told to drive the car home after saying its a depth trap no care in world. my car i traided has no problems and i have now inherited a problem.”
“I was extremely happy with the service received by our salesman Alasdair. 1st class,very polite and would help you with anything you needed or weren't sure on.
On the other hand my wife went up to receive a courtesy car due to our new one having teething problems which I have no problem with. What I do have a problem with was the way she was treated by some of the staff that was dealing with her that day! First of all she wasn't even shown where her courtesy car was she was just handed the keys and pretty much made to find the car in the courtyard herself. When she eventually found the car it was an automatic which maybe doesn't sound like a big deal but to someone who has never driven one before it is! She refused the car and because she never had anyone show her the car or how it operates she left and WALKED 7 miles home!! This is totally unacceptable to treat any customer like this!”
“Well wasnt happy when picked up the car . Had too take it back... a bit of oil spill on bonnet of the car and a scrape on the back bumper...and totally dirty on the outside of the car not even been washed. .so obviously it wasnt sent out checked a bit disappointing.”
