“I would like to say that the young salesman mark that we got when we purchased our new car was nice and friendly to us. The only problems seems to be coming from the after care service. I have been on the phone Monday, Tuesday, and today regarding a second key that I'm waiting on each time I have phoned I keep getting told I will get a phone call back but up to now this has not been the case today I was informed that by end of play today the person that I spoke to said he would phone me back this has still not happened so yet again I will be back on the phone tomorrow but this time to talk to a manager .

“My car was two weeks over the delivery date due to a transport issue , when I arrived to collect my car it was brought round to the pick up area wet , it was not cleaned properly and I paid extra to have the Vauxhall protect package added to the car ,it has a couple of marks on the paint work bonnet and front bumper and now the car has to return to the garage to have these repaired , after reading the Peter Vardy values I don't believe the standard of presentation of my vehicle matched these which left me very disappointed
Just want to add to my review that despite the issues detailed above I am happy to say mark and his team have resolved these today 19/8/16, also need to add that with the delay of my car to keep my business I was given a courtesy car ( Jaguar XF r sport)

“Jamie was great while buying the van but I asked before I bought it if it would have a full year MOT and was told it would. When i got home from collecting the van I realised there was no MOT certificate. I phoned and was told it would be May, "which is almost a year" (2 months shorter than advised at point of sale!) and was told that they'd do me a good deal when MOT was next required. Rather than arguing I asked for the certificate to be sent, or at least the exact date for when it was due and was advised this would be sent out to me. I have now been waiting more than 2 weeks. Your after sales service has been unsatisfactory.”
“Ryan, who I dealt with, was amazing. He felt genuine and that he truly wanted me to get the best experience. However, the rest of the company tarnished the experience. This being my first car, I was in the dark of how the process went yet I seem to have a clear idea on everything that shouldn't be done.
After waiting over 3 hours from my original pick up time, having it be pushed back twice, the car was not to standard. Apparently it was cleaned, that I don't believe. I was able to scratch dirt and god knows what else off of the inside, to the stage I had to get wipes out and do it myself. The worst part, there was a shoe left in my car. A shoe from the previous owner.
The wipers are too long and therefore hit the side of the widow if they are on. The passenger seat constantly jams, to the stage I had to go back to the shop for help and even then it was not properly fixed, just shown how to shove it back with force. Which I should not need to do.
I was promised a tire to be in my car, which was not there. There was also no manual.
I got an ipad as a deal, which one person said would be delivered to my home and another person said that I would have to come pick it up.
Overall, im having a bad experience with the company, with it being a week later and none of those things being fixed. Unlikely to come back, which is a shame as you'd expect extra attention to be given to first time buyers in the hope for repeat custom.
One word, disappointed.”
