The salesman guided us through the vast number of Adam variants and listened to our priorities so that we got the car we wanted. He was careful to keep us informed about delivery progress. Though unable to deal personally with handover, he had arranged for another employee to do that and ensured they were fully briefed on our requirements - including our request for a quote for a service plan - which we opted for. He also came to check all was OK.

I was very pleased with the service given to me when purchasing a car recently. Bret was attentive , pleasant polite, professional and friendly. He helped get the deal that was acceptable to my finances. I looked at several cars going through all the fors and against until we found the one suitable to my needs and within my price range. He also presented me with flowers when collecting my car which was a very nice gesture.

Was told several times that the car was arriving, but didn't appear. Apparently one key arrived before the car., a week before. Unfortunately the salesman had a family problem and was called away. Which left me following up on the car, with several telephone calls to inquire about the processing of the car.

For my first time ever buying a car, Jason Craig was extremely helpful and so was his other colleague...( The Welsh Guy) they made everything so easy and made me feel very welcome into Peter Vardy! Jason made sure that I was happy with everything that he explained and if I wasn't he wouldn't let me go until I or my dad were fully satisfied and understood everything he was explaining! He met every single one of my needs to perfection and done a great job! Thank you very much Jason!!

As someone who would rather go to the dentist, than go through the process of updating the family car, I was pleasantly surprised at how 'pain free' it was this time round. Thanks to Gavin, everything ran like clockwork, no annoying 'sales patter' no broken promises, just a straightforward, well-structured transaction process. Unfortunately during discussions about the price I was mis-informed about what had been included in the deal. Initially a years road tax, £20 of fuel, admin fee and mats were included. After I asked for a discount in the cash price (which I received) these items were removed without my knowledge. It was only when I noticed a reduction in the road tax that the salesman admitted this had been reduced. The other items I only noticed after I had driven away. I have forwarded a complaint letter to your head office already.

I actually enjoyed my visit to Peter vardys I had first class service from a young man Gordon sorry I can't remember is last name but very nice, I also recommended him to my husband and my husband has also bought a car from him ???? Thank you Gordan at Peter Vardy

It is several years since I last bought a car so I was quite nervous to take the plunge again. However. My anxiety was soon put to rest by sales exec. Alan who steered me through the process effortlessly. Now I'm the proud owner of a 65 reg Corsa with which I am extremely happy. Thanks Alan.

Keith was very friendly and approachable and gave us all the information we needed to let us decide to go ahead with the purchase. He kept in touch but not to the extent that we felt he was trying to push for a sale. We would have no problem dealing with Keith in the future. The after sales team were also very reliable, gave us the information regarding other options available to us such as service plans. Again they didn't come across as being too pushy and gave us time to consider the options. We decided the following day to go ahead with the service plan which they organised with no issues. Car was ready on time and explained all the controls of the car to Lee before leaving.

I cannot fault the service received from Scott and the team during my purchase, collection and recent return visit. I spent a great deal of time talking through with Scott the options for the purchase of my new car, he took time to talk through each option answering all questions I had. The handover of the car was relatively smooth, we did spend some additional time on the day of collection waiting for the car, upon handover of the keys the manager Scott came down to apologise and top up the fuel, it was nice to see management come down to reassure the customer. The car purchased was the showroom model, I did provide my salesman Scott with some feedback as spare tyres are no longer supplied with the Mokka, and would have taken opportunity at point of sale to order this as always drive with spare wheel, this was swiftly taken on board and offered his assistance ordering in spare tyre and jack. I recently collected this from the dealership and spoke with Bobby, the service booklet and car pass in my Mokka were not for my car but a car a registered back in 2013. I handed the book and pass back to Bobby who has ordered a fresh book and car pass for my Mokka - which I should receive through the post within the next few days. I have dealt with the car dealership over the past 4 years, my previous Astra had the service plan, I am glad to see the service has continued through and I was happy with the overall experience of purchasing my new car. All of the staff that I have spoken have all been friendly and very helpful and credit to their employer.

Your salesman Mcgregor Campbell did an excellent job. Nothing was too much trouble and guided me through the paperwork very well as it is not often you change your car. A problem did arise in relation to DVLA but I feel it was their fault and no one else's. I am very pleased with my purchase and delighted I stayed with Vauxhall and Peter Vardy. Your establishment in Dalgety Bay could have put me off Peter Vardy for good but I am glad I stuck with you. Many thanks and thank you George Jack.

Quite poor service overall, had to wait over an hour to be seen on my first visit. Was really keen on a car so I stuck it out and bought it to then wait almost 4 weeks to collect it due to the v5 and a staffing problem. then find scratches, that I was told were going to be gone. On the upside was given a car for the weekend before my car was ready.

Came In to have a look at some new cars and they could not have been anymore helpful. I had no clue what I was looking for and they were so helpful. Couldn't say one bad thing about them, the service was great, they were all so helpful. Definatly will be back.

After paying for Motor thought call back over minor problem was a bit slow.Got the feeling I was getting in the way .Which was a pity because I really liked the Motor
