“We were very pleased with out recent purchase, a vauxhall insignia. Service was first class, even got offered a cup of coffee and when we came to collect the car, we got the train through from Edinburgh and someone came to collect us at the station and took us to the showroom. Alan was our sales rep, he was very experienced and very professional. The whole atmosphere in the garage was very upbeat and positive. “After buying a brand new antara from Peter vardy (sales guy great) after over year old found to have problem with windscreen misting and water appearing , I was told by certain branch , that my car was only under warranty for a year from being water proof , and needed to pay £94.84 for to find out where water was coming from #vauxhall great water proof cars Not !!!!!

“went to pick car up on weds11thfeb had not seen car as it was coming down from Aberdeen noticed scores on front bumper fag burns on both front seats was not valeted
was left to put car mats in myself that I found in boot ,was told from Gary that he can repair car and his manager to authorised it got them to sign my paperwork, my car went in on mon16th Feb. to be done I had to keep phoning the branch then Gary phoned me on tue night to say car will be back on the forecourt from the paint shop at 12pm and all repairs done ready to pick up and everything was done, got a phone call 11am on the weds from receptionist to say the wrong seat had came, phoned back and asked to speak to manager got Sean told him and still getting mucked about so my car I purchased is still in the branch, told Sean not happy with customers service, now he is saying it will be a another week before it will be fixed if he can get it fixed. not happy with any of the service I got said to Sean I will be wanting a replacement car. all I get told from him he is short staff.I will be taking this further. wont be using this branch again in the future.”
“very disappointed with events today,picked car on 3/2/15,viewed it on 12/2/15 and on inspection with one of branch managers we were assured it would be given a complete valet to get rid of dog hairs,paint work on outside of vehicle would be attended to where there were marks,we also noted a difference of 800 miles on the clock as off the 3/2/15.an explanation was given and we were told a platinum care cover to the outside of the car would be done.presented with car today,poor attempt at valet as dog hair still visable,paintwork not addressed,car had to go back to workshop for rush job,so don't believe platinum care cover done.sorry but this is poor customer care in our opinion.will now be in contact with megan linden to give her a complete dossier of events.”
