“The experience of buying our new car from Peter Vardy Jaguar was excellent from start to finish. Our salesman, John, took the time to come out and speak to us even though they were already closed on our first visit, we were just looking at cars outside. That led to an appointment booked the next day where we decided to buy our car.
The service received has been excellent, all the way from the greeting when you walk through the door, the refreshments, the waiting area and the whole approach of the team.
There were a few things we hoped to have fixed before collecting the car and most of these were sorted out, new tyres all round for example. We had one issue outstanding on collection, but the sign of good service was how well John handled sorting this out for us, no arguments or excuses, just a promise to resolve it and action taken.

“The Sales Executive Gavin Woo was very professional, helpful, approachable and honest as well as having a sense of humour. There was no 'hidden extras' and Gavin explained the process and sorted everything out from the road tax and the paperwork required for new and old car. Gavin took the time and patience to take me for a test drive, now this may sound expected, however, from driving a manual for 27years and then learning to drive an automatic is all new to me (I had to change to an automatic for health reasons) Needless to say I needed a bit of guidance driving the automatic and Gavin was very helpful.
