“Our experience with Peter Vardy was exceptional. Stephen McDonald was extremely proactive and made us feel extremely comfortable with our purchase. We found the vehicle on the website and due to us being in Aylesbury, we could not see the car in person. However the video issued had an amazing level of detail and this is a service I have never seen before. Stephen then drove the car down to us personally which I can only admire him for. When he got to us in the evening time, he then spent the time to drive with us in the car, show us how to use all tech within the car, rather then wanting to get back on the road. I can only congratulate your company for having a member of staff with this attitude and knowledge base. (I wish I had people of the same level working for me) My only disappointment is that Peter Vardy is in Aberdeen and not in Aylesbury, which is something that know one can change. We are so pleased with the overall experience on buying our first Range Rover as we were nervous in the first instance. I would also say that Stephen working until 20:30 to see the sale through with us was amazing, it was so great to have it all agreed within the same day as we don't like process being dragged out. Thank you so much for making our first experience the best one we have ever had buying a car.

“I had 2 previous experience with 2 different land rover dealers near me , perhaps the salesmen r too experienced , almost like robot , they never gave me the impression that Michael did to me . I have to say , without Michael being there , I wouldn't buy that car from there at all . The manager made a mistake to ask Michael to confirm the meeting , which was agreed less than 12 hrs , to meet with me in dundee . On that date, Michael never turn up on the agreed time, I was a bit annoyed honestly . But a video was sent to me the same date to show me some details of the car , so I have to give them a thumb up for that . Next 2 days, Michael did drive the car down to my home n let us to test drive n discuss the details . Overall , right place, right time , right price, right CAR n most importantly right SALESMAN”

Second thing, the other official apologized and promised to fill more fuel to compensate our trip, but when we received our car there was almost no fuel at all (just enough to go to Glenrothes) despite the fact that I had been paid already for it.
