We then discussed finance before I had to leave to attend an other appointment. I advised Gerrard that I would return to complete the paperwork. Gerrard appeared and advised me that I would be unable to sign the paperwork that day and that he would telephone me to arrange a suitable time for me to return to complete the transaction
on arrival to collect my car I was assisted by two other staff who were very professional friendly throughout. I was unhappy that I didn't see Gerrard at this time he did however call me the next day to ask if I was happy with my car I said yes and thanked him for not only a helping me choose a car listening to my questions that were straight and to the point answering them in a professional manner and making me feel at ease. “I felt that communication regarding finance could have been improved - a minor detail required clarification however it was 24 hours before I was informed as to what the actual detail was.
On the whole I felt that my experience was very positive. John Otto was very helpful, patient and took time to explain things clearly, giving expert advice. I felt he was being honest. John explained that he was new to Peter Vardy and needed to seek advice at times, however on one occasion when he asked a colleague for some assistance with the paperwork, his colleague said he was busy, and as a result I felt a little uncomfortable. The individual did come over but was of no help. Another colleague did eventually came to John's assistance.

I was disappointed that when I went to clean my windscreen the washers didn't have any water in them, so was the car checked thoroughly before collection? Minor things but should be checked.”
“We could note have been more impressed with the service received from all at Peter Vardy in Perth. An initial enquiry was made on Monday 30th July, Scott Flynn rang me back very promptly, he took details of what I was looking for & advised that Scott Brown would be looking after me. Scott B rang back the same day to check that he had all the correct information & we agree to speak on Tuesday. With the minimum of fuss a very fair trade in deal was agreed for our existing car. All the relevant paperwork was then e-mailed & arrangements made to pick up the new car at 16.00 the following day.
