I filed a claim by mail on October and heard from Pets Best in November. I received my checks December 15. I will be submiting more dates in the near future. Thanks

It is super easy to submit a claim. My vet emails the invoice to me and I upload it to Pets Best. They processed the claim very quickly. For things that were not covered in full, it was also easy to find my coverage information online and compare the coverage limits with the amount requested in the claim. And, of course, it was all accurate. Thanks!

This pet insurance is exactly what I wanted for my cats. I've had a good experience submitting my claims and being reimbursed. I spoke on the phone once with an agent and she answered my question and was so nice. Definitely recommended.

We took our cat in for radiation therapy treatment which was alot for our little guy. Pets Best really came through on the payment of the claim for this. Very appreciative of them.

Wish I had known about it sooner - excellent customer service - they don't play the bait and switch game with what is covered - couldn't ask for a better value. Helps take the edge off of stressful situations when the fur babies need care. Very satisfied - highly recommend.

I sent the vet form and got response saying it was incomplete listing items like vet info, my info, dogs name, itemized list. I sent again with abpapervlisting exactly where on form that info could be found ( upper right, upper left, lower Hallf, paid for underpayment), I felt like I was dealing with a third grader. Got email saying received then next day email saying incomplete so I sent it by mail. Got email saying received but incomplete,,,this for about 4 days. Finally done. Do I go thru this every time now? Why was it so hard to see the info? Why did I have to respond so many times? Why was I treated like an idiot not putting my name on it? It was ridiculous and I've had this insurance for years using it rarely. This did not inspire confidence in petsbest so maybe I should look for a replacement. I offered my phone and that of vet but got the constant " incomplete" emails. Really uninspiring.

I was scared when I chose an insurance reading all the bad reviews and the deny of claims. So choosing one was scary since you know you will find out only once your pet get sick, after there’s a pre existing condition it’s too late. Basically you have to stick to your insurance. I did choose pets best with no big hopes. Unfortunately my cat started to cough out of nowhere so we went to the vet, I didn’t think the insurance would help me with that. I expected my claim denied for false reasons but they didn’t ! My cat has asthma now, and they accepted my claim and reimbursed parts of the bill. I’m very happy with pets best and I recommend this one to everyone and take an insurance while your pet is healthy, I really thought I would never have to use it, I took it it just in case but unfortunately it happened way earlier than I thought.

My claim was processed fairly quickly and the process was very simple. I am so grateful for the coverage our policy includes. It allowed us to move forward with a life saving surgery for our dog that we wouldn’t have been able to afford without insurance.

As a new customer I wasn't sure about the response time and I had to dive deeper into the process. I found out that what I am paying for wellness care there isn't much coverage. I believe that I have to change anything at the anniversary of the contract. I should be able to make changes to the wellness care if it isn't reimbursed for preventive medications. For this reason I gave my score as such.

I'd not needed to file a claim before, and so when the time came I was expecting the worst. Pets Best made filing our claim easy, and their response was fair, exceding our expectations. I'm very happy that we chose Pets Best and will recommend them to my friends and family.
