“The annual price has more than doubled and many of the emergency tests i required to diagnose my dog’s issue are classed as ‘wellbeing’ which is ridiculous. I’ll be getting insurance elsewhere next term.”

“I didn't expect my young pet to start to have health problems, but it happened. Claims are easy to file, and so far they have been processed really quickly. The direct deposit reimbursement is so convenient, especially when the bills are high.”

“I'm so grateful that I enrolled in Pets Best insurance. My boy is a large labradoodle. I thought that maybe he'd have ACL issues when he got older, so I enrolled. Unfortunately, he was diagnosed with epilepsy at 4 years old. He needs visits with a Veterinary neurologist and medications to control his grand mal seizures. Pets Best has been wonderful processing his claims and reimbursing me according to our policy. I don't know if I could afford to keep him if I didn't have this insurance. I would give them a A+.”

“This was pretty expensive insurance and my dog ended up getting a sick a year into coverage. I also had accident, illness, and treatment covered in his plan. After submitting almost $2000 of claims through the year, the insurance reimbursed me only $80 to cover the office visit, thats barely what I pay in a month for his coverage. Better to just save the bill and use the money later since you will have to anyways. It also took WEEKS to get responses to any of these.”

“My dog suffers from IVDD and required surgery, follow up, and physical therapy twice a week. Pets Best Pet Health Insurance has reimbursed us in a timely manner, usually within 1-2 weeks from submitting the claim. They make filing a claim easy. If only my insurance was as seamless. I HIGHLY recommend Pets Best Pet Health Insurane.”
