“I was originally with echo for delivery of prescriptions, they then switched to Lloyds, who then switched to pharmacy2u. I object to my personal details being passed on without my knowledge and the service from pharmacy2u is awful. No customer service at all and I was just bombarded with salesy emails. Apparently I can't close my account unless I ring a number and verify who I am! Awful company to deal with”
“Been with Pharmcy2U for 2 months using wegovy treatment. still after 2 months they don't have the next pen available 0.50 so as of month three you should be staring 1.0 which i asked for. tried to contact via their chat bot first in business hours but was told that not its not working, so what the point of having it? Was refused by the doctor told to order 0.25 again for a third month. Raised a query with customer service regarding this and they basically told me if i don't like it go elsewhere. No care or consideration for customer no positive alternative like offering 2 x 0.25 pens for a discounted price. got an email from Basharat but really did not care about me or my concerns. no customer service skills! AVOID AVOID AVOID”
“Awful company. App is not efficient. No way of contacting customer care. Live chat don't work, automated telephone don't work. Can't speak to anyone. Tells me they're closed even tho I've rang 3 hours before their closing time. Awful service for something as important as medication.”
“They seem to be in trouble and getting worse. Tried to talk to them for 2 weeks to sort a missing med to no avail.
Callback number doesn't offer callback.
Never anyone available - just get told to start again or use the chatbot and then disconnected.
There's no icon for the chatbot.
No answers to email.
These are signs of a struggling disorganised company. Don't trust your health to them.”
“Absolute diabolical service, would love to know where all the 5 star reviews come from. Have been waiting a week ( in pain ) heart medication also. ' back and forth to doctors, phone calls pharmacy2u says every time ' waiting for your doctors approval, doctors actually shows me on computer that prescriptions x 2 were send and are with pharmacy2u. Pharmacy2u customer service is non existent just a talking bot that keeps asking silly questions, cannot get contact with a human because that would be too bloody easy!”
“Stupidly, under the guise of wanting convenience - I followed a Royal Mail leaflet drop, and signed up for my repeats to be delivered.... Little did I know, it was Pharmacy2U who did the actual ordering etc. So I never bothered to complete the process, or so I thought...
Que me ordering my meds via the NHS app, and this order being whisked over to Pharmacy2U - TWO WEEKS early mind. I am almost tout of tabs now, and the order has only just shipped, to arrive, at some time they know but I don't.
I have spoken to my GP about removing this link/authorisation so I can simply go back to collecting them from a physical pharmacy.
As for my experience with Pharmacy2U - none, and I mean NONE of their links within emails load, it always reports that the site is down or busy. And I work in IT, so have tried every means to ensure this isn't a ME issue.
Avoid like the plague.”
“My son prescription was cancelled for some reason. I have tried to contact Pharmacy2 You for the last two days and still can’t get to speak to anybody.i have phoned 14 times and been cut off”
“Appalling, stressful service. I received a notification that my medication would be posted the following day. Several days later I still hadn't received it so looked at my account. My prescription order had been cancelled. I wasn't contacted to advise me of this and have now tried countless times to contact P2U to find out why and get them to put my prescription back on the spine so I can try another pharmacy. It feels as though the system is designed to prevent you from talking to anyone. The phone bot is absolutely useless and the chat button doesn't exist as far as I can tell - I've certainly never seen it. When I did eventually somehow get past the bot I still couldn't manage to speak to anyone because they were closed, and I was advised to ring back during opening hours. It said they were open until 8pm, which would have been fair enough if I hadn't been ringing at 6pm.”
“Transferred to Pharmacy2u - none of my meds or info or exemption certificate was transferred so had to put all the info in again. The auto reminders don’t exist you have to enter them yourself and it has taken 2 weeks to get meds through and I have been without one tablet now as the order was in with Lloyds but didn’t get transferred over just cancelled. The online chat just cuts you off. The worst transition I have ever seen and I am sure those that have essential medication have been but at risk. You need to sort it out and quickly.”
“Transferred from Lloyds Direct who I've been using for years - can't login, can't create another account, doesn't recognise my patient number, can't talk to anyone on the phone, emails go unanswered. I have wasted hours of my life with this!!!
Registered with Boot's who connected in seconds to my GP records and have ordered my medication.
I wish Lloyds had given at least some notice but I guess my details were part of the package that this shoddy Pharmacy2U paid for.
Stay away from this company, then there is no way of communicating except through a chatbot - NO THANK YOU 👋”
“System will not recognise my existing email and password.
Contacting the company is designed to be difficult.
Robot Anna can't process the simplest of requests;
you get sent round and round in the chat space and
suffer the same thing on the phone.
It is unacceptably poor customer response system. Awaiting call back in 3 hours!!!”
“BUYER BEWARE. Out of date medication sent.
When I called to ask for an in date replacement, I was told “it was fine to use” and to take up with the manufacturer directly if I wasn’t happy with that.
The product description doesn’t reflect an “extended” use by date on the website, so I asked for a refund. Was told again to pick it up with their supplier.”
“I've been waiting for inhalers for a month now. I phoned them twice and twice they lied to me about delivery times and speeding up the delivery. Apparently, they were waiting for a non urgent medication to come into stock before they sent the inhalers that my life could depend on. The staff don't care at all if you are desperate for meds. I CAN NOT recommend them and will be looking for an alternative with better service.”
“So far it has been a complete disaster. I have used Lloyds direct for years with no trouble, but my records have apparently been transferred, but I cannot log onto the new pharmacy2u site….and have been locked out. I subsequently tried to register and apparently I now have two account, and cannot log into either. Since my medication is for a heart condition and I am running out of tablets, this sort of compete fiasco is tophe last thing in the world that I need.”
“I was trying to get a appt for on line doctor when i completed the on line form then they had taken over my prescriptions with out my consent there on line is mis- leading i had to cancel the account
don’t use this company”
“First class service. I'm a pensioner with mobility issues! There services are ideal as I don't have to go to the surgery or pharmacy. They send reminders so I never run out of my meds.”
“First time using them, script went through, they didn't have bank details so asked me for them, which I provided. They then cancelled the order after telling me it had gone through. I've been waiting a week for depression meds and have just been sent an email saying the process hasn't started. Cannot contact anyone there. Thankfully my GP is so decent they've sorted the problem.
Stay away, stay far away. Meds are too important for a company like this to rely on.”
“my wife had a split order (second time for same drug). No help from support. had to make all progressions but still not got medication. Emailed MD, Complained to CEO, still no response despite being told someone will contact us. The support function in my view is not fit for purpose. Works well when medication in stock”
