“BUYER BEWARE. Out of date medication sent.
When I called to ask for an in date replacement, I was told “it was fine to use” and to take up with the manufacturer directly if I wasn’t happy with that.
The product description doesn’t reflect an “extended” use by date on the website, so I asked for a refund. Was told again to pick it up with their supplier.”
“I've been waiting for inhalers for a month now. I phoned them twice and twice they lied to me about delivery times and speeding up the delivery. Apparently, they were waiting for a non urgent medication to come into stock before they sent the inhalers that my life could depend on. The staff don't care at all if you are desperate for meds. I CAN NOT recommend them and will be looking for an alternative with better service.”
“So far it has been a complete disaster. I have used Lloyds direct for years with no trouble, but my records have apparently been transferred, but I cannot log onto the new pharmacy2u site….and have been locked out. I subsequently tried to register and apparently I now have two account, and cannot log into either. Since my medication is for a heart condition and I am running out of tablets, this sort of compete fiasco is tophe last thing in the world that I need.”
“I was trying to get a appt for on line doctor when i completed the on line form then they had taken over my prescriptions with out my consent there on line is mis- leading i had to cancel the account
don’t use this company”
“First time using them, script went through, they didn't have bank details so asked me for them, which I provided. They then cancelled the order after telling me it had gone through. I've been waiting a week for depression meds and have just been sent an email saying the process hasn't started. Cannot contact anyone there. Thankfully my GP is so decent they've sorted the problem.
Stay away, stay far away. Meds are too important for a company like this to rely on.”
“my wife had a split order (second time for same drug). No help from support. had to make all progressions but still not got medication. Emailed MD, Complained to CEO, still no response despite being told someone will contact us. The support function in my view is not fit for purpose. Works well when medication in stock”
“I was put on blood pressure meds, I have been using Pharmacy 2U for a while with no issues. The medication was issued on the 16th of November, it has not been delivered still. If you are waiting on important medication do not use this service. There is no way to track the medication either. Royal Mail say they will only give a tracking number when they attempt to deliver.”
“Sending me unsolicited marketing emails and classing them as “service updates” so there is no unsubscribe button. I am reporting this as it breaches data protection laws.”
“I had a few months of no problems but when you do have problems it is extremely difficult to get help.
1. Customer Services do not work at the weekend so it is impossible to talk to any one at the weekend.
2. You will see an online chat icon but the reality is that there is no real person who is able to help. This has been replaced by Ana their virtual assistant who can only give you limited responses on your order query. It gave me the same info as I could see in my online account so no use at all.
3. You cannot write an email any more. They have taken that away for some unknown reason.
4. When you do call, the queues appear to be so long that they offer a callback. That is the only option. The trouble is they do not call back.
5. I have had delays on tablets. Tablets in 'the packing area' for days. Even though I chased this they remained in the packing area.
6. Tablets lost by Royal Msil. The problem was that there was no tracking.
7. When you want to close your account you have to wait apparently for a disconnection team to call you. The trouble us they do not call .”
“Don’t get ripped off by these cheaters. They are stealing money from so many people without delivering anything. They can’t be trusted at all. Instead I recommend edwardmunch.is he can be trusted 100%.”
“I signed up to pharmacy2u so that my medications could get delivered to me after an operation. I regret this decision. My first prescription went in on the 27th of August, I was then informed there was a supply issue and the medication would be with me in 5 to 7 days. 8 days later a email stating that they are still waiting on the medication to come in and it will be with me in 14-16 days time. My second prescription they got on the 4th of September, was told they dispatch with in 1-2 days, they didn't. Waited 35 minutes to be able to speak to some on on the chat and got told they where sorry for the delay and my medication would be posted by the end of that day, this was the 7th of September. They never did. Tried to contact them again on the 9th of September to chase it up again only to be told they are experiencing a high demand in calls and are unable to put me through. Contacting them is a nightmare, they lie, and you don't get your medication.
I will be changing pharmacy ASAP. Avoid pharmacy2u at all costs.”
“Ordered 25th August had to reorder 30th its now 7th September just got email saying something out of stock need nephrostomy bag urgently no help at all. Will be going somewhere else after this”
“I have insulin delivered which the manufacturers stipulate should be delivered before first use at chilled temperatures 2-8 degrees. The general practice for this delivery is to be delivered in cool packaging which guarantees the chilled temperature for 72hrs. Pharmacy2U insist in delivering my insulin in the correct packaging but not with the frozen pack frozen, or even chilled, consequently my chilled medication arrives to me at ambient temperature. The customer services is a nightmare to get hold of, the queue to speak to someone is horrendously long, I usually give up, their website say they only take enquires via their automated messaging service which just points you to the website help and info section if you have any query that's not simple.
The customer service person I last spoke to was rude, talked over me and was no way sympathetic to me asking for my insulin to be delivered chilled as their website says they do and the manufacturer say should happen. This person blamed the post office, told me it didn't need to be delivered chilled and he would not promise me future delivers would be chilled and so because of this I've now reverted back to Lloyd's Direct who have supplied 2 orders of insulin to me chilled as required.
I'd had no issues with medication delivery of anything else fom Pharmacy2U but because miss stored insulin can cause adverse effects when using it, my conference in Pharmacy2U along with the difficulties in contacting them has caused me to close my account.”
