“It has taken this company 3-weeks to deliver my prescription which is unacceptable truly appalling service. When items are out of stock then this item is cancelled on your prescription so you cannot get it anywhere else. Customer services a. complete waste of time avoid like the plague.”
“After signing up I discovered that their system for ordering repeat prescriptions wouldn't be suitable for me. They're probably ok as long as you don't have complicated prescription needs and you aren't worried about royal mail delays at busy times. However, why they get a low score is that they've been bombarding me with emails and texts and don't comply with having an unsubscibe option. Not something I associate with a trustworthy company.”
“Appalling service, medicine lost, couldn't care less attitude when calling to chase, now having to ask my surgery to re-prescribe. I only used this company to avoid face to face contact when getting my medicine and it has caused me nothing but stress and frustration DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!”
“I’m not impressed at all. I ordered my medication 18 days ago and it still isn’t here yet. I’m an asthmatic and I suffer severely! It’s still not here yet. It’s been sent out for delivery but I wouldn’t have known there was a stock shortage had I not chased them on it. This is not the first time this has happened either. So now I have to go without my inhalers for a couple of days now and I get anxious without my medications!”
“This is the second time that they have no stock of Tramadol which I wouldn’t have known had I not chased it. They also had my Naproxen on the same prescription but didn’t bother sending those either! The reason I use Pharmacy2U is so that I don’t have to visit anywhere, the medication is supposed to come to me. I have now run out of Naproxen and only have a few days supply of Tramadol so I have had to ring my GP for another prescription and go and collect it from elsewhere. Why would a Company the size of Pharmacy2U run out of such an important drug as Tramadol?
Three items of my husband’s have also not turned up and when we chased it we just got told we would have to wait 10 working days. It is obvious that it has gone astray so how long has he got to go without his medication? Really not good enough.”
“Signed up to P2U, during first lockdown they were spot on with delivery times, although they contacted my GP surgery who then insisted that I had to order less insulin more frequently. Over a decade has gone by using local chemist's who have had great customer relations skills and stayed by my side throughout all problems including checking additional meds for comparability with insulin.
I only switched to P2U as was a higher risk, now every time I order my insulin it's taking them so long I've run out on several occasions, I have to contact them each time and I've been diagnosed since 2yrs old in 1989.
Appalling customer service who constantly blame the royal mail, they dismiss any help and simply offer a code to call a chemist with should they deem it an emergency, they even lie, suggesting an order should be placed weeks in advance when their website says it's services are running as normal.
A normal chemist dealing with a repeat only needs 2-3 days once approved by a gp? Why do they need to have their "Pharmacy Team" need weeks?
Poor service, they don't care, irrespective of conditions, life threatening service. No stars if I could rate lower”
“P2U have had 3 chances to complete an order for my Dad and have failed on each occasion, so have now given up and will just use Boots.
Latest debacle was I wanted to change my Dad's GP. You can't do this online, so I called and followed up with an email. They changed to the wrong GP surgery and despite me telling them twice, they still insisted they sent it to the right place, which of course they hadn't.
Finally get the right surgery, but now medication is 'dispatched' since 18th November and still no sign.
Don't bother trying to call them, they don't answer and they don't bother checking back on old emails, so you have to explain every time.
Dad has run out of his medication, so the poor service is leaving vulnerable people at risk.
Avoid this bunch....”
“I ordered perscriptions for my 92 year old father
As a new customer and expected a slight delay but to date have not recieved anything 11 days after ordering despite claims it was posted within 5 days.
I had to chase the perscription after it was showing sent to warehouse
and stayed there for 3 days.I have had to get a new perscription and take the pharmacy.I previously used Lloyds Echo to order and this worked very well but my surgery no longer support.
Don't use pharmacy 2u they dont care.”
“I signed up with them during lockdown as I’m high risk therefore thought this would make life easier for me, how wrong was I!! My first prescription never arrived, I contacted them to ask why and I was told they had contacted my doctors surgery for my repeat prescription but they hadn’t heard back from them! I phoned my doctors who informed me they hadn’t received anything from them!! They also informed me that I wasn’t the first person they’d done this too!
I was contacted by someone from pharmacy2u after leaving a negative comment about there service, they apologised and assured me it wouldn’t happen again. I decided to give them another chance but the same thing happened again 😡”
“Don't use them They are dangerously incompetant Ordered medication on 4th checked order on 9th.They only ordered one item put of eight No medication so my life could be at risk. Just don't risk it.”
“Signed up as we went into the 2nd lockdown to make it easier to get prescriptions, first order sent by GP to them and they cant find it!!!!! Shockingly poor performance from Pharmacy 2u”
“Under the first lockdown I thought it would be safer to have my prescriptions delivered so I signed up with P2U. However, cancelling with Pharmacy 2U is nigh on impossible. I couldn't find a link on their website on how to cancel with them, I've sent several emails telling them I no longer wish to deal with them but they won't take no for an answer. I've had long waits for some deliveries but more concerning is they changed my medication without consulting me. I have an acute respiratory condition and 10 years ago my consultant prescribed a certain medication that has worked and helps me enormously. What did P2U do but change it. I'm so disappointed with P2U I've gone back to using my local chemist.”
“Requested medication on 13th which was sent to their warehouse on 16th. I have called them on 22nd and was told it should be with me in the next couple of days but has not arrived by today the 26th. I have received an email stating it should be there in 48 hours. As I’m an insulin dependent diabetic I find this totally unacceptable.”
“My GP sent prescription electronically. Had to wait 11 days. Ran out of tablets I needed. Called twice - their long, long, long recorded message ended my call twice. Covid is not an excuse for bad customer service.”
“What a difference a year makes. I would not recommend them. I have been on Omeprazole for four years.A very nice lady doctor increased my tablets to two a day.
Getting them is a different matter. I shell have to buy online.”
“the operator are like yuppies, very rude, dont care, they left with my order over 7day, and we cancel your, and l complained the lady took and could, l had been with for 1yr, pharmacy2u dont care, about my order, mrs basra”
“One item is out of stock , the difficulty in getting a reply to the question when do you think you may get it has been going on for almost a week in an ordinary chemist on the high street my experience is when you ask that I will order it today and it will be in and they usually give you the day and you return and it's there , but to get a reply to this question from P2U requires me to phone tommorow then phone tommorow and on etc now it requires a 48 hour internal investigation , I mean come on! In other words let's fob them off cos we don't know the answer , and hey it's not important it's only medication , Hey P2U it is important ! Get a grip”
