“The frames are of excellent quality! Delivery was really quick, the only slight downfall is that I chose the cream frame and the frame is more off white than cream.”

“Frames I ordered didn't arrive after one week. Telephoned on number for customer service in follow up email. Matter was looked into and replacement frames were done that day &sent to courier for delivery. Cannot fault how this matter was handled however the mount I ordered for one of the frames was not in the order. I did try to ring on 6/8 times the following day but this time was not able to reach anybody. In order that I can hang my pictures had to order a mount locally & pay again not much more I could do. I am very pleased with the actual frames I ordered.”

“Frames are very nice but if I had an option I would get the real glass glazing as the crystal clear acrylic glazing easily scratches and absorbs dusts like hell.”

“Very easy to use order system and plenty of choices. Very quick response in sending out and delivery. The only comment I would make is that the back board was only just big enough to fit in and clip in place so could have been bigger. Would use again.”

“The frame was good and arrived very quickly. Perfect size and nice wood. The joints were slightly rough so I had to smooth them off with sandpaper which is the only reason I haven't given a very good rating.”

“Picture frame arrived very quickly. Happy with it overall. The wood is a bit lighter than anticipated and I didn't receive a confirmation of order email. I saw the money had been taken from my account and the next correspondence I had was from the courier company. All that said I would use again and mentioning to help improve service.”

“Nice easy website to navigate and order frames, slight problem with delivery as I never received the email from the carriers they just turned up with the frames lucky I was in. Frames are very nice and look good. Would use this company again.”

“My frame and mount were exactly as I expected, I was very happy with them and the service. I did not receive any emails at all from courier to let me know what day or time that they were going to deliver frame. So when they came no-one was at home, thankfully my neighbour took it in for me, they didn't even leave me a card to say that it had been left with neighbour, so I had no idea that it had been delivered. I went to put my rubbish out and my neighbour saw me, that was when she said she had my frame...also that the courier had no cards to leave to let me know.”

“Thrilled with the choice and ability to make to the right size at very little additional cost. The delivery and communication was great and the frames lovely, however, disappointed by the quality of the Perspex - had a protective layer on one side but on all 3 frames was marked. I will eventually replace this.”

“Excellent website. Caters well for special needs like specifying required internal dimensions. Most websites do not. Regrettably I had to chase up the confirmation of order. Delivery information and timing very good. Product almost perfect, nevertheless acceptable. Reasonable value for money. Adding hardwood frames with suitable weatherproof backing for the insertion of customers own signage outdoors might be worth considering as a possible extention to the website.”
