“I have ordered from this company a few times. This is the first time I had issues. 4 of my items were visibly opened. One was soiled with lint and finger prints. Shudder to think what else. Other item had a dirty box that you could see had been opened. Inside the packaging wasn’t sealed and had a broken remote. Other item has glitter or something on it. Also not in a sealed package. The balm had black specks in it. The last two items are in closed packages. One with signs of damage to the packaging. Cardboard partially ripped. I opened that item and it looked clean. Other is shrink wrapped. I have not opened it. I have emailed the company multiple times and provided pictures. No response. I tried calling but it’s an automated voice. I ordered a Uv flashlight on Amazon. Hopefully it works. I want to see how clean these products are. I’m so disappointed and frustrated with the lack of cleanliness and service from this company. I will definitely be calling my banking institution and BBB. I don’t work hard to throw away $190+. I will also be looking into other support like You Tube reviewers as well as other social media. See if other people are having similar issues with this company. So very disappointed, and out a lot of money. Shame shame shame.”

“It's a scam. It's hard to tell since for some reason its the first site that comes up on google when searching for sex toys and it has "positive reviews" which I sadly realize are probably bots. But I made a purchase and get a very suspicious email from them saying that my billing address was not correct and the order couldn't be made, which is a blatant lie because money was withdrawn from my card meaning that the billing address was right. The kicker is now they're telling me to repurchase the item if I still want it meaning they're so adamant amount scamming more money out it.”
“I ordered from pink cherry November 29th of 2021 for the 1st time. Around December 9th I get a text message saying DELIVERED. We look everywhere including asking neighbors and nothing. I contact Pink Cherry and they LITERALLY told me to wait 10 entire business days for their lost package investigation. At this point I am livid. Mind you a weekend was coming up which already was placing me in the WAIT EVEN LONGER window. 10 days regardless would have taken me into a weekend one way or another so now I'm angrier. So 13 days go by including the weekend and I reach out again explaining no package arrived and that I wanted a refund. The rep literally asks me "WOULD YOU PREFER A REPLACEMENT OR A REFUND? WE WILL MOVE FORWARD WHEN WE HEAR BACK FROM YOU." So am I crazy or did I not ALREADY say U wanted a refund? Why are they asking me a question that was already answered? Which shows how much attention they pay or if they even read the entire message. I then say "I DID ALREADY SAY I WANT A REFUND. THANK YOU!" So they reply saying "WE HAVE REFUNDED YOU FOR ORDER such & such BUT IT CAN TAKE UP TO 8 BUSINESS DAYS FOR YOUR FUNDS TO DEPOSIT BACK TO YOUR ORIGINAL PAYMENT." So not only did I have to wait 13 days to request a refund but then another 8 more which include a weekend so technically 11 more days?
This company is absurd and flat out has no respect for buying customers. Their ratings overall make sense now at 3. Something stars. If it were up to solely me, They'd have no stars.
Never again and don't recommend at all.”
