“I received nothing. Could not get my money back. AND they have not cancelled my subscription, meaning, they are still billing / charging me. BUYER BE AWARE!”
“The service was great, however they have stopped issuing new subscription, and have not been fourth coming about it. My subscription renews in December, I received an email saying it would renew in December, and I only needed to click the link of I wanted to cancel. When the date past and nothing had been take from my bank account I checked my piquant account where it said my subscription was suspended. When I reached out that's when they told me they were no longer offering subscriptions. No emailing explaining this decision to their existing customers or anything!”
“Although I have received orders before, this current order never arrived! I love the products and was waiting anxiously to use the spices. The order tracking indicates that they never moved forward from one of the change-over stops.”
“I sent the spice of the month as a gift and asked to have an acknowledgement sent to the giftee on his birthday. That did not happen. Now the spices will hopefully arrive and he won't know who they are from until I tell him, and it's also two weeks past his birthday!
It seems that the recipient did not acknowledge that he had received the email and waited until the first shipment arrived. My mistake.”

“If I was charged again, I am highly disappointed. I attempted to login to cancel my 6 month subscription and when I tried, it told me it couldn’t find my account. I tried to reset password and it told me it couldn’t find email address on file yet I received this email from your company. I enjoyed the gift I purchased for my father around Christmas time but I was not wanting to renew my subscription.”
Hi Joseph, sorry you had a bad experience with the subscription renewal. As a courtesy we send customers a renewal reminder email with step-by-step instructions to cancel 2 days prior to renewal and there is typically a ~2 week grace period to request a full refund before we ship renewal orders. We will follow up with you directly to offer a refund and to make it right
Hi Rebecca, we're happy to investigate. I can see we have shipped each of your 3 orders. We post on our website the current timing of shipping as well as the fact that we send monthly subscriptions via USPS first class mail and that it can take 1-2 weeks or longer during peak holiday season to deliver. Since USPS doesn't guarantee mail delivery timing, unfortunately, we can't guarantee delivery timing.

I had "chatted" to your company about not receiving my first order and was informed you could not give me an exact delivery date, which amazes me as any other company I have ordered from is able. Hi Amanda, sorry you were disappointed. We never offered to send a gift-wrapped package and example pics of the spice subscription are clearly shown on the product page you used to checkout.
Our "plain" packaging is a function of our desire to use 100% recycled packing materials with vegetable (algae-based) ink. We value sustainability more than sending a colorfully printed outer package that is thrown away.
