“The staff were supportive and always ready to help, also due to the flexibility of being able to work from home or in the training centre I was able to work full time whilst completing my training. I believe it is brilliant working at your own pace training.”

“It’s not cheap, but its reputation is good. I’m disappointed that the distance learning material is not all compatible with Apple systems. This means that trips to the study centre are required, which is not always convenient.”

“Very friendly, helpful and supportive staff -how they remember all our names I don't know but it made me feel very valued. I was very apprehensive when I started but now I positively look forward to going. Pitman's training was recommended to me -and now I would recommend them unreservedly .”

“When I started my first module I didn’t think that I had any chance of actually passing this but through the help of the trainers at Pitmans I not only passed but with a distinction. The trainers were very quick to help and encourage you along the way and I am very grateful to them all.”

“I have thoroughly enjoyed my time studying with Pitman Training. Both Sally and Tracie have been amazing throughout and were always there whenever I needed them, no matter what the issue was. I am thrilled to bits with my results, having got a Distinction in my Project Management course. I would highly recommend Pitman Training to anyone.”

“I enjoyed the coarse, but feel it is very much so for begins just out of school and at the start of their career in Business Admin, having done administration for the last 7 years I already knew the basics and what was in the book. On the other hand Pitman training were great and there to help. When I needed to call or email I had a response that same day.”

“Pitman it's self is a good way of learning for some people but it didn't suit me. My only advice to anyone considering using pitman is to think of your learning style, if you learn via distance learning style, then pitman is for you.”

“I am really enjoying this course and the people are so lovely but I feel for the money it costs it could be better, there servers are constantly broken, whenever I start a new book I always have to ask them to put it on the system, I've had to chase up my grades a couple times now, and I don't feel as though it was set out right as I was given about 5 months to learn shorthand which I think is going to be impossible, they could also structure it better by giving you deadlines so you know how much you have to do and when you should aim to complete it as you have no idea how long or short the other books are. But I would recommend pitman and all the people are so friendly.”

“Pitman training are brilliant there work books are easy to use they get you through the course very quick and accurately. The staff at Birmingham are very helpful . I would defiantly use pitman training again one of the best . Thank you for all your help with passing my course .”
