“Received my flowers for Mother’s Day was so disappointed with them awful condition more upset the price my Daughter had paid for them kindly told her not to get them from you no more which she said she wouldn’t it wasn’t just mine her mother in laws were worse”

They offered to send me more flowers which I received today. They were brown, totally un fresh very sad looking Lillies. They were delivered on time, on mothering Sunday, but already started to droop the next day. My sister brought flowers on Friday from the supermarket, and gave them to my mother on Sunday Yet those flowers were in better condition tham the ones i ordered from Prestige. “Customer service is shocking. No response to email, no response to form that was filled out on website and waiting to speak to a live person to over an hour, as can be seen in screenshots. They use review bots to post reviews about themselves to make themselves look better than they actually are. All flowers are delivered in a box via royal mail, regardless of whether you select the flowers in a box or not.”
“I received these tulips this afternoon which should have been delivered last Thursday. After I placed them in the vase they all all drooped. I’m very very disappointed. I’m currently tested positive for Covid and friend hoped this would cheer me up. It’s very disappointing.”
