Placed an order for next day delivery, website fully advertised 10pm cut off, order placed before 9pm
Confirmation email received to state order would be sent next day and tracking number would be provided on dispatch.
Next day (day1) no tracking provided and no response to email contact.
Day 2, live chat working and contact made to a very rude 'Jade' who had very little customer service. Explanation was cut off had been shortened because of valentines and despite the order not being honoured next day, they also hadn't arranged for the order to go out on day 2
Proceeded to chat with manager 'Michael' Michael had better customer service skills but contradicted Jade, stating delivery was not honoured due to covid (was not surprised covid excuse came out)
No Explanation why order wasn't sent for delivery day 2, and no compensation offered. Full refund offered and excepted, we'll wait to see if it arrives!”
“Terrible quality and terrible service. The flowers did not arrive on the selected date so it missed the birthday and arrived the day after. I ordered an expensive £70 large bunch as a gift, when it arrived the recipient said it looked like they had been without water for a while as some of them were already dead. The large bunch is like a supermarket bunch of flowers, definitely not large and certainly not good value for money. I complained and they offered me a credit of £15 which is useless as I will certainly never use the service again, not a refund or not a replacement. Really poor service, and disappointing especially when taking into account this was a gift for someone else which is now ruined. Would not recommend, horrendous service and very poor product. I regularly send flowers from M+S but went here as they looked luxurious, I was very wrong. Truly disappointed.”
“Unable to change a typo on the card when the request to fix typo was made within 30 seconds of making the order. Order wasn't due for delivery for another two days. Very weak service. Allow me to suggest Bloomandwild instead cheaper and far more professional.”

They said they would rectify and send my sister who was just informed she had cancer standard size again but in a worse state then the first. “This is the bouquet of flowers that arrived for me from Prestige flowers today. The smell is even worse! Totally rotten. I have tried contacting them without success. ‘Speak to our friendly team’ they say!! They obviously couldn’t care less!”

My mum has used Prestige 4 or 5 times to send me flowers, each time they have arrived brown , old and mouldy. You have to pick off the dead bits to get a presentable bunch! And the following day they are only fit for bin!
I've let it go most times as i didn't want to upset her saying how bad they were. But finally had enough of her being ripped off for old dead flowers! Told her never to use this company again. The "free" chocolates also taste like plasticine, so not a freebie really unless you have no tastebuds.
When i have sent pictures to them of the poor quality they will only offer replacement even though they admit they are bad quality, the replacements they send are also dead and brown on the times i've accepted it. This time i said i'd rather they just refund her, but they won't discuss unless she contacts them direct. So now i've had to send her pictures of the dead flowers upsetting her so she can try and get a refund. Customer services don't seem to really care either.”
“DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY the website has an error IT RE printed the address instead of the gift message . Customer service refused to put right. What is the point of a gift if the receiver doesn’t know who it came from. Diabolical!”
“I ordered 2 bunches of the large flowers, vases, chocolates and cards, to be delivered on 24th December for Christmas 2021. However only one of them is delivered by now and flowers are far less and smaller than the medium size (as described on Prestigeflowers.co.uk) and the vase is absolutely something else.”

I trusted in this company to deliver flowers to my mother in law in Mexico since she passed suddenly & I was not able to attend the service & funeral. I paid for my order in full, about $140.00 USD, and my order was supposed to be delivered between 1-7pm. The flowers never arrived, no one reached out to me at all. I contacted customer service through what’s app & didn’t hear back until the next day apologizing that they could not fulfill my order due to not having enough fresh flowers to complete my order. In the e-mail they wanted to know if I wanted the flowers delivered the next day why would I want the flowers the next day? My mother in law was buried and my flowers never arrived. What they did was so wrong & unforgiving. I trusted in them & they did me wrong. I still have not received a refund or anything. They are sorry, they are a scam. Please please stay away & don’t trust in these people.”

“A friend ordered flowers and chocolates for me from Prestige last Saturday 18th December after hearing I'd been seriously ill. They never arrived despite being cited as next day delivery. She has spent her good money and I haven't received any flowers and they've not had any response from customers services other than they'll investigate. Surely it's illegal to take money from a customer and not provide a product. Seriously everyone there are loads of one star reviews on here. Do not use this company. They are unacceptable unprofessional and they couldn't care less.”

“Arrived and the roses were flat and droppy after one day, the foliage was all bent out of shape, the lilies had stems broken so I had to throw out some, looked pretty sad after all that, I think seeing the flowers is must if you can, blooms always do well when I send flowers, so many of these new delivery flowers by box etc as in letterbox or Freddie’s etc don’t seem to keep to a high standard and should if taking peoples hard earned cash.”

“Absolutely the worst flower company I have used. Ordered bouquet with plenty of time before delivery date. They arrived a day later after birthdayfor the person they were for. She was so upset that she thought I had forgotten her birthday. Got in touch via email with so called customer services & unfortunately had to deal with Adam. What a waste of time. Had no sympathy,couldn't care less about the delivery & even said he could send me a copy of the small print in their t&c's. Disgusting attitude. Would never use this company again,& people should check their reviews 1st. 1star speaks for itself. It should be zero.”
