“I ordered a Mother's Day gift from Prestige Flowers, spending over £50 including delivery, and paid extra specifically for guaranteed Sunday delivery. My elderly parents live in a block of flats, and the courier couldn’t even be bothered to wait for them to get to the door – just left a missed delivery card and disappeared.
I contacted Royal Mail and was told the redelivery wouldn’t happen until Tuesday – completely missing the point of a Mother's Day gift.
When the flowers finally arrived, it was even more disappointing: just four wilted rose stems and mostly leaves. It looked nothing like the bouquet advertised. The only usable items were a small cake and card – hardly worth the money I paid.
I contacted Prestige Flowers to request a refund, but they outright refused and didn’t even offer any form of compensation or alternative solution. Absolutely appalling customer service.
I won’t be using them again and strongly advise others to avoid them – overpriced, unreliable, and uninterested in making things right.”
“Awful company, wish I had seen all these reviews. I ordered Mother’s Day flowers, large bouquet (first picture is what I was expecting) some of the flowers were dead, looked nothing like the picture. Contacted prestige flowers, awful customer service. They offered me £15.00 credit on my next purchase….NEVER AGAIN! Going through my credit card to dispute and get full payment. AVOID AT ALL COST!!!’”
“I ordered a bouquet from Prestige Flowers, expecting the beautiful, full arrangement shown on their website (first image). However, what I actually received was completely different – a much smaller bouquet with far fewer flowers, wrapped in black paper that looks more suited for a funeral (second image).
The difference between what was advertised and what arrived is unacceptable. This is misleading advertising, and I feel like I paid for something I did not receive. Extremely disappointed with this order and will not be using Prestige Flowers again. Would not recommend.”
“To all prospective customers: you decide whether you would be happy with this before purchasing. This was the ‘joyful’ bunch, sized medium. £35. Am so embaressed my mum received this. 1st picture is what is advertised on the Prestige website, the 2nd is what you will receive. Main flower isn’t even there. I really wish i had done more research and seen the reviews beforehand.”
“Absolutely stinking bouquet delivered to me. Not a live flower in bouquet, broken stems, petals everywhere. I also had a card delivered from them and there was a massive print error on it. Actually laughable. Customer service sent generic messages on live chat and refused to refund. I will never use again.”
“Absolutely unacceptable! The flowers we received were wilted, discolored, and completely unusable. This is not the first time we've had issues, but this shipment was the worst yet. We rely on fresh, high-quality flowers for our business, and this supplier has failed us repeatedly.
Customer service? Non-existent. No response, no apology, and no effort to make things right. We lost money and disappointed our customers because of their lack of care and professionalism.
Save yourself the frustration—do not trust this supplier! We’re taking our business elsewhere, and I recommend you do the same.”
“I placed an order 2 weeks ago and chose 1pm guaranteed delivery. As time came closer and i didnt receive any dispatch email i got concerned but thought they will deliver it as i had paid extra premium for it. This is where I was wrong.
They clearly don't have any process for advance orders because the day and time went past and they keep saying "royalmail" has the order which is not correct as royal mail tracking show they are still waiting for the item from prestige flowers.
There was a reason i used 1pm guaranteed delivery for this specific day.
Now they are saying the postage will be refunded but have to wait to see when the flowers deliver. It is a business address and any other day or time is no use to me.
Clearly from the recent reviews you can tell the company has gone downhill.”
“Terrible service.
If you live anywhere north of the border then I wouldn't even consider ordering here. Especially if you want the flowers for a certain date.
They use Royal Mail for delivery and say to allow an extra day for transit to Scotland. They wont send the flowers a day early to allow for this extra day's transit incase they die in transit apparently so the flowers will never arrive on the day requested.
Customer service leaves a lot to be desired also.”
“Can’t comment on quality of products as never got as far as ordering. The bouquets look lovely and I wanted to order but lack of information put me off. On other florist websites a number of stems per bouquet and size of bouquet is quoted so you are able to see the amount of extra flowers you get between ordering standard, medium and large as no information of this kind is available on Prestige website I first emailed to which the reply I received was basically asking which bouquet. All of them really I just want to know if a larger bunch is better or worse value of money, I don’t want to be blinded with it depends on flowers eg lillies are more expensive than roses, yes I know that but as a ball park how many extra do I get for my extra £5 or £10 pounds? After 3 emails and 1 telephone call still no answer so will not use awful service.”
“Date of online order ignored, but flowers weren’t even delivered on date of their confirmation email: came a day late when my sister had stayed in all day waiting for them. Discount coupon ignored. Communication by email automated - no empathy. Overpriced. Will never use again.”
“I bought a bouquet for a friends birthday and was sos so disappointed. It was absolutely shocking, looked like a 2 year old had put it together, and the number of flowers included was way below what was advertised. The customer services girl Jess…was simply not interested…and is obviously a faceless name used as a buffer between company and customer. So much for their 100% satisfaction guarantee! I am zero percent unhappy and even after including photos my complaint has just been dismissed! DO NOT BUY!”
“What an UTTER DISGRACE AND I SAY THIS VENOMOUSLY BECAUSE OF THE current climate we are living in. Thank you PRESTIGE FLOWERS FOR EMBARRASSING ME WITH YOUR CHEAP RUBBISH that my family members had to photograph and tell me how POOR QUALITY IT WAS. Then hiding behind you RIDICULOUS 3 DAY POLICY OVER CHRISTMAS (WHAT ARE WE SUPPOSED TO DO,) to shamefully RIP OFF YOUR CUSTOMER.
You should be ASHAMED OD YOURSELVES AND REECE C, Customer services IS NOT FOR YOU”
“I wish I had seen the reviews before I placed an order with you. Like everyone, my delivery has gone MIA, it was for a friend's wedding, they will be dead by the time she gets them or ever gets them. How do you stay in business providing unsatisfactory service like this.
I'm not from UK, trying to get my friend some flowers for a special day, now I have to go elsewhere spend more money I pay double because I'm international. Lovely just lovely, this is not the end Prestige..
You are a company to provide happiness to a customer, not misery, upset and turmoil.
Shame on you.”
“Flowers went to my address not the recipient! Their mistake, I alerted them to it but no attempt to sort it. Flowers were very undersized for the ridiculous price, I thought it would be a luxury bouquet! customer service not good, not helpful, no one answering phones, e mail replies unhelpful. Reviewed them on their site it disappeared! Don't use this company. I had to use interflora and send another set of flowers to my friend, it has cost me a fortune therefore!”
“Don’t waste your money with this company
Ordered flowers on 13th December for delivery on 19th December still not arrived This company is a joke. Don’t order you will be disappointed if they ever deliver the goods you have paid for

“I would have give 0 star if I was able , my lovely friend had some flowers sent to me for my birthday , firstly they were left in my bin because I didn't hear my door knock although I was in , I put the flowers in a vase the day they were delivered which was 21st November and by the night the roses looked dead , the bouquet also had alsteromerias in them which last forever usually they were all limp and ready to fall the next day , within 3 days I had a dead bouquet much to my friends horror , this is the second time I've had flowers delivered from you as gifts , there was trouble with the first one being late! So a second was sent and they didn't last either , quite frankly I'm surprised you still have a business , your reviews are awful and so are your flowers , supermarket flowers last much longer and are much fresher”
“Ordered flowers for a family member that were discarded in the communal entrance hall to her apartment, they weren't even delivered to her door!! Ridiculous...I will never ever use this company again and neither should you!”
“They have conned me. Poor size (paid two upgrades on size) and poor quality. Arrived on Friday (positive) but despite they are closed over a weekend they wont make any resolutionas after the weekend is then said to be over the three days!! They emailed after feedback but that was past the 3 days
What is the point in asking how well they did if an issue is simply bounced back as 'too late!!'
This was even an order for a Miss Great Britain event that they are one of the sponsors!!”
“I ordered flowers and a glass vase for my 85yo mother-in-law who has cancer. On delivery, the vase was broken and one of the stems was snapped off. Customer service has now asked for photos to prove the damage (it was a £35 order). Unfortunately my MIL won't have a clue how to do that, nor will I ask her given how sick she is. I just won't use Prestige Flowers ever again since they can't be trusted to follow through on delivery.”
