You on the other hand have an excuse for everything so that it would not be admitted to being your lack of ethics, staff and laziness that this delivery is a mess.
You were liable to make sure that orders go out asap with public holidays taken I consideration. You were responsible for email updates that never arrived until today...days after I contacted you. And then try to cover your incompetence when you only attended to my order today, with an excuse for everything and your inability to provide a customer service and correct your errors to ensure I have my parcel with overnight delivery.”

“I've always given decent reviews even to mediocre companies at times. PLANET54 has shown me just how bad customer service can really be in this day and age. My first ever order included a pair of formal shoes and a Bluetooth speaker for my son. Imagine my surprise, embarrassment and horror when I wore the shoes for the first time at work. The heels both broke before the end of the day. My son and wife laughed even more when his speaker stopped working after 3 days. They were accusing me of buying goods on from the street. IMAGINE the shame. Upon returning the items I was afforded store credit which didn't include the extra R75 for shipping. How am I responsible for their goods being defective, I have to pay for shipping to use the credit they gave me as it's R420. So now I have to pay R495 including the R75 shipping which I didn't have to pay for with the original order that had defective goods bought from THEM! The order was for my sister's wedding and after weeks of ups and downs I eventually had to take more money out of my pocket for the shoes. Now everything has been sold out for a while now. What's the use anyway?”

“Do NOT order from Planet54. They don't even deserve the 1 star! I ordered a few things on Black Friday (29 Nov 2019), I had to wait a couple of weeks for delivery (December 20th). Some of my items did not arrive in the parcel that I paid for. I notified them right away with zero response until the 20th of January. They then confirmed on the 10th of Feb that I would receive my refund within a couple of days it is the 10th of March now and still nothing. Now I am told it is a payfast issue. The level of service from this company is beyond shocking!”

“Placed an order with Planet54 beginning December, received my goods today only! Excited as I really liked the dress and top I ordered, to my surprise the top had a whole in and the dress had a black ink mark on the front of the left sleeve. Sent an email and guess what response I got, I had to pay for delivery fee when returning this items. How is it possible that the person who chucked all my items in one bag couldn't see that the garment were soiled! Never ever will I buy from them again. I really hope that no-one ever experience something similar.”
