“I found using the website was straight forward. The communications after placing an order was as to be expected. The despatch and delivery was very prompt, and the protective packaging excellent. It was just a pity that I did not know when to expect to receive delivery so that I could arrange for someone to be present.”

“Got my Enigma bathroom cabinet for a fraction of the price elsewhere. None of the usual nonsense about delivery to Northern Ireland being extra, which is a refreshing change. Plenty of feedback on delivery. Did have a quiet time between order and shipment, but arrived well packaged and in good nick. Well happy with cabinet too.”

“The ordering process was simple however it stated delivery time but only once the item was in stock, which you only found out when you put the order through. This was a bit mis-leading and resulted in receiving the item much later than expected. I also had to chase for a delivery date and the tracking was not clear sp had to keep phoning for an update. I was promised a call before delivery which I did not get, and this then resulted in me missing delivery.
The good thing was the item which I was pleased with.”

“Ordered a Hudson Reid vanity unit and WC. Good price for each item. Needed to clarify something on the order and customer service was good. Slight confusion with delivery information, but all in all a good company to deal with.”
“Everything up to the point of delivery went very well. The courier (Glendale Transport) arrived, put a pallet of its in the road and just drive off. Absolutely no suggestion that he would help carry the items into the house never mind dispose of the pallet and wooden braces left behind. Definitely a weak point in your service.”
“I spoke with the customer service because the web site was not clear on weather the panel was left or right handed, I was expecting a plastic panel (one piece) but when it arrived it was 3pieces not plastic, but plastic coated MDF or equivalent.
This turned out to be a good thing as when I offered it up to the bath it was a good fit and overall better than I was expecting fron the full plastic panel. So quite happy with the out come.”
