Gregory was absolutely brilliant! He rang me the day before to confirm that he was coming. He explained exactly what needed to happen and why. He even gave me a fascinating talk on the history of homes, stopcocks, home fires and so on to put in context what was happening. He explained what he needed to buy and where he'd get it from. He disappeared, came back incredibly quickly and had bought the parts he'd needed, explaining what they were and the price. He got the job done super quickly. The new taps work better than the old ones ever had from the day they'd been put in! They look great. They've a similar style to the old ones. He was cheerful, friendly and positive. If every person whom you call out were like Gregory, the world would be a great place! Extremely impressed with him and with the people at your company as a whole. The internet and 'phone sides were great too. Excellent stuff :)

Rang on behalf of my 80 year old mother. Very prompt service. Engineer arrived (James), he was extremely helpful and honest. Explained everything to myself and my mother. New boiler had to ordered which he did that afternoon. Arrived at 9am fitted a new boiler. All completed by 2 30. James was very kind, polite and pleasure to have working in her home. Recommend James to anyone. Thanks for a fabulous service.

Don't trust this company what so ever(CHECK RECENT GOOGLE REVIEWS THAT SHOWS HOW BAD THEY ARE AS UNFORTUNATELY I DIDN'T). Booked a cooker installation and was wary because of up front credit card details given up front. The installer arrived and claimed he would not be able to do it and just sat outside in his van(probably thinking great I got paid for doing no work). Highly suspicious because the old cooker was in the same place and got a landlords gas certificates every year I called another gas engineer who was able to fit me in between jobs within the hour and fitted the cooker with no issues and a landlords gas certificate for £95 including gas pipe. Plumbing force had already charged me £144 and any parts would have been on top. They refused to give a refund even after clear evidence there was no reason to refuse to install the cooker. They charge the earth and when clearly there should give a refund they will use the poorest excuses not to. Stay well away as if there's a problem that's there own fault they will never accept responsibility and you will never get your money back.

There was a leak under sink which was coming from the stopcock. Thankfully it was all fixed with a new one. I like to say PlumbingForce came out the same day well done to that. Jude Purser was a lovely person and did the job well,whilst he was here he changed parts on the boiler which should’ve been done when the new boiler was installed a month before but unfortunately Jude and his dad James weren’t told about. That said both James and Jude were very efficient at there job

The heating engineer was courteous and professional, and They fixed my boiler within a day but they were a day later than I originally booked them for. This added to the stress of having a house with no heating or hot water during very cold weather. I’m also querying the bill as it seems higher than I estimated.

Called these guys at about 11am. It's now 1230pm and Neal (sp?) has already come, fixed the problem, and is on his way! Neal was prompt, friendly, knowledgeable, and quick! 10/10 will call them in the future.

Overcharged my elderly mum aged 75 who is on her own. Charged her £504 to connect and oven and hob. Ripped her off as could tell she is vulnerable and assume she is loaded. She didn’t understand what she was agreeing to either. Not made clear. Complaining to the ombudsman if they do not sort the situation.

I was concerned that I was doing the right thing by completing the information on line, but all good. Telephone confirmation the next morning alayed my fears. I was told the approximate time the engineer would be with me and he arrived a little earlier. Neil was very helpful and kind and although my boiler couldn't be repaired there and then, I have been able to make the right decision going forward. So many thanks to Plumbingforce, would not hesitate to recommend.

The repairman was very knowledgeable and able to advise me on what happened, why, how I can check the pressure of my boiler, and what to do if this happens again. He was also really friendly.

Dear Sir / Madam. Before I contacted you for an engineer to replace my divertor valve as it appeared to not be working correctly. After failing to turn up on numerous occasions , you still charged me for the engineer NOT turning up.?? I still hoped to get it replaced. So we waited and contacted your service centre for another attendance. After your final attendance and attempting to change the valve I find that to date you have charged me £400 and I am now worse off , after your repair ???? I now have no hot water. I haven't had time to see if the heating works yet ! I have contacted another company in the hope they know how to deal with a Viessmann condenser boiler. I feel you have over charged me for the service I have received. They did reply to my message 😔 But alas it basically said tough.

The Engineer 'Joe' was extremely professional and helpful, gave me all the relevant information and was really friendly and impressed with the service recieved. I will definitely recommend to family and friends.

Ricky from Plumbingforce came today to deal with a leaking sink waste. He was friendly, polite and a tidy worker. Fitted a new sink waste and pointed out another issue with the pipework which he also dealt with. Impressed with the efficiency of the whole operation - not the cheapest but I am satisfied a good job has been done and quickly.
