“I was given a morning appointment but due to unforeseen circumstances the engineer did not arrive till 6:40 pm but I was kept informed throughout the day. The engineer was apologetic, he also volunteered to remove his shoes. His knowledge was excellent identifying the problem quickly and rectifying it to a high standard. Will use again.”

“Great service from them. Plumber phoned to let us know he was on his way. When he couldn’t fix our boiler he arranged to come back the next day (Saturday) and fit a new one. Arrived with another young man at 9am and by 12:30 we had a working heating system. The boys were friendly, polite and cleaned up after themselves.”

“Brilliant had my boiler up and running within the hour.great company friendly team on chat/phone and in person.and am impressed that not one of them tried a sell on a new boiler.know I need one and most companies would go on the hard sell to get you to upgrade.when I do get my new boiler will be using these guys.”

“Very easy to book an appointment via live chat. Very quick and the plumber that came was very professional, liked chatting 😄. However the price per hour is one of the highest not the cheapest and for the job I wanted to be done it felt as if money gone straight out to the bin.”
