Repair man came quickly, was very polite and good. Diagnosed the problem with the boiler and is sorting a solution ASAP.

Brilliant job done by the engineer everything working ok now .downside was when booking them a 10% discount was mentioned but never happened charged full rate

The plumber arrived in the time that had been promised and sorted out the problem I had, quickly and effectively. Although it was expensive the job was done efficiently and effectively, for which I am very grateful. In an emergency I would use them again and recommend them to others.

This review this purely based on the technician that attended our house on behalf of Plumbingforce. We had a bird trapped behind our gas fireplace after it had fallen from the nest on top of our chimney and had to remove the fire to be able to let the bird out safely. The technician carried put the job with complete thoroughness. He was polite and helpful while making sure that the job caused no major problems in the house, such as excessive dust, etc... from the fireplace. The negative feedback is to do with the fact that the technician was to have turned up the day before. We had called Plumbingforce at 11.30am to enquire if they could remove the trapped bird and book them. They told us initially that someone would turn up before 3pm, so we waited. Then we got a call that the technician would be delayed and someone would be with us before 6pm, so we waited again cancelling all plans for the day. However, we then got another call to say that of the 2 technicians that might have carried out the work that day, neither would be able to make it and the work would have to be done the next day between 8am - 12pm and they would call beforehand to tell us the exact time they would arrive. Begrudgingly, we had to agree as we had already waited most of the day. The next morning, we waited for a call to let us know what time a technician might attend. We didn't get a call, but the technician turned up just before 10am. As said, the technician was excellent. The service and communication from Plumbingforce in getting a technician out to customers need to be improved. I understand exact times when a technician can attend a customer call can vary, but hanging around all day at home to wait for a technician who is repeatedly delayed is problematic too.

Lack of full diagnosis by technicians, and add on fee for a return visit which did not cure the issue. Long waits in for engineers that turned up over 4 hours late. Costs to me of installing a dehumidifier, and running it for 2 weeks, only to find the engineers had missed a 2nd leaking pipe.....Note...I found the leak!!! Poor customer service response from Michelle Doherty, no opportunity to raise my concern further when Michelle failed to call me back after several messages left , and then said she will respond on Friday, which is what she said last time. Today I was told by Michelle that this conversation is now over when I asked to speak to her superior.

Plumbingforce had a plumber at my home within 90 minutes of my initial inquiry. He was brilliant and knew instantly what the problem was, sorting it there and then (even finding the stopcock as I didn't have a clue where it was!) Would definitely call Plumbingforce again for any plumbing problems. Great job!

Quick, no fuss and reliable service. I had numerous problems of which the engineer(dave Maxwell) wasnt expecting when he turned up (earlier than expected) Nothing was to much effort and he cured all of the leaks and replaced valves and even adjusted a poorly installed pump.Dave explained everything clearly and asked me what I would like to do before he started any work.I have booked him again to come tomorrow and fit a new tap and new valves etc A great service of which I am more than happy to recommend and trust again with more work should I need it. cheers dave

Booked an emergency engineer (no water due to toilet leaking), was informed that the engineer would attend prior to 6pm. Received a phone call at 5pm saying the engineer couldn't make it and the caller couldn't give a damn that they had left a household without running water. He did offer for an engineer to attend sometime the next day but how could you trust a company that had already broken their promise once. If I was looking for emergency cover again I would use Local Heroes not this incompetent establishment!!

Your engineer never turned up on booked date. I have heard nothing from you since so last week got someone else. He turned up as promised the next day and solved the problem with my central heating. I guess I will never call you again!
