Called them to fix dripping shower. Explained problem and told someone would call. Engineer visited, said needed part and there would be anothrr call out fee to fix it. So basically I paid £100 for someone to call and tell me shower was faulty! When I did a negative review they tried to get it removed by denying I was a customer them complained that I thought it was a rip off. Also never dealt with a complaint Avoid unless you have money to throw down drain.

When the first appointment was cancelled, I rearranged for Monday and begged work for a day off at short notice. Not only did the plumber not arrive on monday, it was only because I called Plumbing Force that I found out he was not available. There was absolutely no apology - the person I spoke to seemed to find it funny that I was unable to take the week off to wait for a one hour appointment, and that I was shocked by the fact they had made no attempt to contact me or even to apologise for breaking two appointments. Foolishly I had already given my credit card details to the company in good faith. I am now concerning that this whole operation is an elaborate scam and will need to cancel my credit card at significant disruption to myself. Oh, and I still have no plumber.

The engineer was on time for the job which is what I like about them. He was very skilled and knowledgeable about boilers. He managed to fix the problem fast and efficient. I am definitely recommending their service to others.

They didn't turn up yesterday or today when booked for my elderly, very disabled parents. They also didn't bother to ring me to let me now today. What kind of company leaves elderly housebound people in with no heating and has no compassion. They had better not have taken any money from my parents account. I will post on all social media to say to avoid.

The engineer (Dave M) was excellent and very efficient. The job was at my sons house in Nottingham but I would be more than happy to use your company myself and recommend you to friends.

We were vulnerable as boiler not working. No heating or hot water. Tried various plumbers, not able to come out quickly so we had to go with these, despite misgivings. They want your credit card details up front, and charge very high prices. Engineer came, kept rolling his eyes, warning me it was going to be very bad. Said the whole system needed flushing out and quoted £900 plus Vat. Said he had got the water sorted but couldnt sort the central heating. Phone me when you decide he advised but if you don't do something soon your whole boiler could break down completely. They took the call out fee of £94 from my credit card. Then after he left checked water but it wasnt fixed, still cold!! Got a reputable plumber who laughed, said" excuse my french but what a f.......g c...t and sorted the problem in fifteen minutes. Avoid this company at all costs, read the bad reviews, they are enough of a warning! Can't decide whether to complain as apparently you just get abuse and don't suppose i will get my money back.

Diabolical!!! The fact that there is no address on their website tells the whole story. Booked a service call they did not bother turning up or giving an update. When I called back there was no effort to try and resolve the issue. They would not refund me. "The money is with the bank" THIEVES!!

Plumbing Force sent Dave Maxwell to fix my heating this morning, I was anxious to get it resolved at the start of the winter months. He turned up promptly with all the parts he needed and resolved the issue quickly. Dave was a friendly chap who helped me understand what the problem was and what he would do about it. He was also cost conscious and advised me of parts that needed replacing and parts that were safe/functioning but may need reviewing in future. Extremely happy with the service, will be in touch if we need help in future.

I am very happy with the work done by the engineer from this company. He was very knowledgeable and diligent. The leaks at home was fixed on the same day I called for help. Very reliable. I am recommending to others.

Plumber attended this morning very promptly to attend to boiler, he carried out a thorough check of parts to see what the issue was as to why it wasn`t working as it should. He found two items that required replacing but on further investigation, deemed that it would not be cost effective to repair the boiler as there were further issues that gave him concern, not safe to use, and said it would be more expensive to repair the boiler for the amount of time of it`s life left working, so advised about a replacement and also arranged all of this, and gave a date he would attend. At least happy to know where I am with this, it has been working non stop very well since installation fourteen years ago, this is the first time it has failed. I have been advised of a even better boiler to have fitted and am taking this option up. These things happen sometimes.

aldull service first on friday dident turn up kept calling with excuses , came out next morning dident do job has i needed a socket moveing ok that no prob but they took payment out my bank so robed me blind tried to sort out with the team they they say that was call out charge and first hour rubbish they are cons they quoted me a fixed price for the job and said nothibg about call out or per hour he was in my house 10 min

Turned up within a couple of hours of calling (Southampton) and fixed a leaky plug hole - efficient, friendly and honest. Will use again.

I had called for an engineer to check our boiler. He arrived on time as stated on the phone and was very knowledgeable. He honestly say that there wasn't any problems with our boiler and advice us to call again if we find something. Nice people and good service.

Scheduled to come on a Monday, didn't turn up or even call. Rescheduled for Tuesday, again didn't turn up or even call, gave them a third chance and rescheduled for Wednesday and once again didn't turn up and didn't receive a call. They had two contact numbers for us to let us know. When I called to speak to them about it they were most unhelpful and advised all they can do is to keep rescheduling and can't guarantee an engineer ever.

Quick response to call out well explained fault with the boiler. No over the top sales for a new boiler just a fast response to fitting a new one.
