Your engineer arrived promptly, quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it :) Left me with both hot water and central heating both of which were not working prior to his visit. First class service.

Didn't arrive when booked despite it being explained at time of booking that a specific appointment was needed on a particular day. Had to chase them, they hadn't recorded the phone number correctly & couldn't offer an alternative despite the fact they had left us unable to complete a house sale. Wouldn't touch them with a bargepole

I rang Plumbing Force asking for an emergency visit as i had a leak in my bathroom and was unable to use either the central heating or water supply due to it being isolated. On initial contact I managed to arrange a visit which had been confirmed to take place within a certain time slot (between 12-4). 4 o'clock came an went without a phone call or an engineer so I gave them a ring, when I finally got through to somebody they informed me that the visit would not be taking place. When I asked why and explained that I had been waiting for a visit and the operator did not want to know and just said that there was nothing she could do and that i'd have to cancel the call out. AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE AND DO NOT TURN UP WHEN APPOINTMENT WAS CONFIRMED..... PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

I Explained Clearly that i have been badly let down in the past after waiting for ages. I wanted a Basic Plumbing Job done Urgently, Shower Mixer Taps to replace the existing Bathroom Taps & i was told on the Monday the work would be Commenced, then i phoned & left a Voicemesg on the Engineers mobile to contact me when the Engineer didnt turn up, the Engineer eventually phoned & said he had a family issue he could not come Monday, the Engineer said he would come out instead on the Tuesday between 8 & 12pm afternoon, i had to phone Again the mobile was switched off & i left a Mesg on his V/mesg was he coming along on Tuesday, i left a Message, no reply after waiting a while > I decided to phone the PlumbForce Tel No. 0800 022 4566 I asked the Staff member what is happening the Engineer has still not turned up > they had to contact him as they didnt seem to know, then they told me that the Engineer would be along on Wednesday ! I was very annoyed as i told them & made them Aware that i've completely had 2 Complete Days Wasted sitting in ALL Day waiting & waiting for the Engineer without anyone Bothered contacting me correctly & i said no i'm not wasting yet another entire day in the Hope that the Engineer may turn up on the Wednesday ! Surely if there was a Delay like 2 Days on an Urgent Requested basic plumbing Job, surely another Engineer should have been notified to come along instead ! I seem to have to make all the Calls to find out what the Delays were at least out of Curtesy & not wasting my Time sitting in all Day 2 Days on the Trot ! > I'm Not Impressed & not choosing any Review Stars whatsover. > Michael

Promised to call before 1pm and call 30 minutes before - no call and no show and can't run up until the next day unless of course they have another 'major gas leak' that they can'te remove the engineer from. Would definitely not recommend this service

Very poor customer service. Struggled to post report, furnish me with empty promises to do it tomorrow. In the end, after numerous phone calls, they have emailed me a so called "report" more than invoice a few lines why boiler failed. No info how much would it cost to fix, etc. No reply on the email. Money thrown into the bin £148.....

1 - 3 hours ???? " Its a Saturday - skeleton crew" !!! Don't quote how quick you can respond and then given the above comment and " we can do it on Monday"!!! Not what I expected to hear

Booked an appt for the following day and was given a time slot . Called the next day two thirds through the appt window to get an estimated time and was told should be near 5pm. Then got a call at 4.50 to say they weren't coming and would come the next day. I explained that we've got a baby and no heating, and had been given a time, but was still just told they'd come tomorrow . Cancelled the appointment and went with someone else.

Do not believe website or local adverts. They do not cover large parts of West Yorkshire, despite the website showing the whole of England

Ripped off me!!! A scam company. They took my bank detail and sent me a guy to come tell me they can't do Nothing, And for that 10 min look around doing nothing, they change me £118. Scammer! Don't use them

Was meant to arrive between 12-3 a call to say he had been delayed (fair enough) so then told it would be between 3-6 a phone call at 4.50 to say sorry not coming at all now till the next day, between 9-1, and guess what a call the next day to say not coming!!! So now no heating for another 36 hrs as it's the weekend!! Needless to say we said forget it!!!!

A technician was scheduled to see me on Thursday within a 4 hour time slot. No one came. I got a call 44-minutes before the slot ended saying that I would have to reschedule. I appreciate that they called me. My slot was rescheduled to Friday between 10am-2pm. The technician arrived at 2:15. A very nice gentleman named. He struggled to do the routine service. After about 3 hours he said that he was unable to complete the service due to something obstructing access. He was referring to a piece of wood which was not heavy and I easily removed in less than 1 minute. Early during the visit he asked me for my manufacturers booklet. I gave him the booklet which had not been completed by the installer. The technician notified me that he did not have verification of the commission of the boiler so my heating and hot water would need to be turned off and the boiler flagged as unsafe. To his credit he only charged me for the 1 hour that it should have taken to NOT do the job. He said that he would come back the following day (Saturday 8am) to complete the job. The following day he called me and agreed to come by 1:30. I then spoke to him at about 2:30 and he said he could not come until Monday (this means that I would have no hot water or heating for the rest of the weekend) I immediately called plumbing force and spoke Micheal who was quite rude. He told me that there was no appointment booked for Saturday and questioned why I booked the appointment directly with the technician. After a bit of back and forth he said that even if someone did come, because my boiler had no proof of commission they would have to "uninstall and reinstall the boiler" and it would cost £700. He showed no sympathy for me as the customer. When I challenged him based on what the technician told me while at my property he said that it was a "miscommunication" I then called the technician who had visited the property and he said that Micheal had not explained it correctly and gave me a better explanation. It still didn't resolve my problem or provide a simple solution. I then did a little research and found out that the commission number is easily obtained by calling Gas Safe and or the manufacturer. First thing on Monday morning (after a cold weekend with no hot water) I called gas safe and the manufacturer the manufacturer gave me the commission number and stated that it is common practice for it not to be in the book because this information is sent by email now. She also stated that plumbing force should be aware of this. I called plumbing force and spoke to someone named Michelle. I did not need to fully explain the events leading up to the call because she had my notes and said that she was "sitting behind Micheal" when we spoke on Saturday. She took a defensive position when I pointed out that although they did things technically correct, at no point did they do the RIGHT THING ethically by advising me that the commission number can be easily obtained with one phone call. She also didn't like the fact that I mentioned the negative reviews that I found here and on several other review sites... (as I said, where there is smoke there is fire) I offered her the opportunity to make things right by sending a technician today. She sarcastically said "Thank you" and offered me a slot between 12-4 but said I would need to produce documentation to confirm the commission. I told her that I had to wait for the email from the manufacturer but, it could easily be confirmed by calling gas safe or the manufacturer. She said that they can not do that. I am still trying to get this resolved but I would warn anyone that is hoping that Plumbing Force will deliver a professional, customer focused service to FIND ANOTHER COMPANY. With the exception of the technician who came out, EVERYONE WAS RUDE. They will quickly take your card details to secure the appointment but beyond that they lack simple courtesy and understanding. They project a ethos of 'we are here to make money'. This could have been so different if they had actually showed up as agreed on Thursday and been more informative with providing solutions rather than being economical with the truth. They probably spend a lot of money to ensure they rank high on google, which is how imagine most people find them. I should have read the reviews first. I'd rather support a local business man who values me as a customer and is looking to get repeat business and not just a one off job. PLEASE DON'T TAKE A CHANCE with plumbing force. Find a company that will treat you fairly. I suspect that the complaints team at plumbing force will discredit my account of the events but this is the truth. I would have given them 1 star but the technician was nice and they did call when they cancelled my first slot. It could have been worse but more importantly my issues could have been avoided.

The engineer arrived on time to the appointment to fit our gas cooker. ( think he was called Dean Maxwth). He was very polite & efficient & we are very happy with the service he provided. Would definitely recommend.

Stop valve leaking & sheared. Plumber came out within a couple of hours of booking. Called before hand, when on way. Easy to talk to. Very nice guy. Quickly started job & fixed very quickly.

It was so easy to book an appointment.The engineer arrived on time and was very polite.He also did the job required very well. I did have a query two days later so I phoned Plumbingforce and the girl at the office said she would get the engineer to phone me which he did inside 15 minutes and answered the query for me. So in my experience a first class service.Thanks Plumbingforce

Your engineer, Craig Evans, did a highly professional job - fitting a bidet - from initial examination, accurate quote, to completion. He did it with the minimum of fuss, noise, drilling, and tidied up at all points of the job. He also explained all the relevant stages of the work. He was friendly and professional at all times.
