“I stupidly went with this company despite seeing several bad reviews. They failed to turn up several days in a row, their office staff were very unhelpful and generally quite rude. AVOID. Found a nice local company to do the job instead. Do not use.”

“I had an engineer despatched, who was professional and a credit to the company. Aaron was a true gent and I would happily recommend him and use him again. Very very pleased with their support in a time of crisis with a gas leak.”

“I waited during 3 appointments over 2 days caused by their delays. No one informed us what was happening. When I called the office the staff couldn't care less, and I said that I wasn't very happy with the service. Why dont they tell the client it won't be a definite appointment? The resolutions manager said this was normal as they don't know how long the previous appointments will take. She was also of the same attitude as her staff. I find it hard to believe they think it's professional to speak to customers in their aggressive manner. During the 3rd appointment they decided to cancel the job, because I has expressed I was dissatisfied. Perhaps it was for the best if the engineers are like the office staff.”

“The plumber who visited my property from Plumbing Force was excellent, he carried out good work, was courteous and helpful. The booking system was less impressive, with the timeslot not really a predictor of when he would turn up, and several phone calls were necessary to their office before the two visits he needed to make. Overall, a great company if you are able to be at home all day to let them in!”

“After having 3 different gas Cert guys to my property all telling me different things and not fixing any, you came and I cannot recommend you enough! I wish I remember the name of the guy who came but he was brilliant, honest and restored my faith in human nature as he sorted my issue ! Please send on my thanks”

“Started off badly with the plumber not turning off the cold water supply at the stopcock when dismantling a tap...a flood almost ensued, but he recovered briskly, got it back under control and by the end, I was very delighted with the jobs carried out. I shall use again next time I need a plumber. Note to all plumbers...turn off the water supply before starting work!”

“Getting an engineer out was a struggle as they didn't show up on the first day's appointment which was very frustrating. However the engineer that did come on the 2nd day was amazing- Gabriel. Fantastic guy- very honest. Willing to do the hard work diagnosing and did not push parts on us. Gabriel will be the reason that I will use Plumbing Force again and will ask for him by name!”

“The leak turned out to be condensation so nothing needed doing. Which means I still had to pay. I know it was my fault but it was a very expensive one.”

“Very good service only thing that could be helpful is over the phone I could have been given a job number to reference when I called again to chase the engineer! Also the engineer didn't call prior to arriving as I was instructed they would”

“Would give a poor rating based on appointment being schedule for Friday afternoon, Nov 6th, then rescheduled for Saturday, Nov 7th and did not appear until Monday, the 8th. The performance and skill of your engineer was outstanding once on site.”
