I booked a call for the next day between 12-3pm. The office telephoned me to say the engineer was running late and there would be a delay of a few hours. Having read previous reviews it would appear that this is a common occurrence and one the company needs to review. The possibility that the company is taking on to many calls and not enough engineers to cope with the work load, seems apparent. Having said that, when the plumber did arrive he was very friendly and efficient and completed the work to my satisfaction. We also needed a part replacing my Transco, which he organised the very same night. Would defiantly use again .

Prompt and fixed the problem and friendly. Not the cheapest but excellent, James a super nice guy!

Gas boiler broken...coldest day of year..promised 1 - 3 hour time slot that day. They called to cancel 2 hours into slot and offered 9 - 12 slot the next day. I Phoned at 10.50 to get some idea of time to expect gist...they phoned back at 11.30 saying the engineer had been held up on first job. Would 1 - 4 slot be OK....!!! This is not what I call service. As they had cancelled the 1st slot I should have at least been the first call the next day. Thoroughly frustrating and bad experience would not recommend them to anybody

Called them out Saturday as I was not able to fix leaking inlet water pipe or isolate the toilet using the isolation valve. They could not attend Saturday but booked me in for Monday Morning. Craig turned up on Monday and fixed my issue by replacing the isolation valve and the Toilet inlet valve. Excellent Plumber who fixed my issue quickly, but quite costly just before Christmas.

Took a total of over week to get our combi serviced After number of phone calls And still not working but could take money from account very quickly Some 450.00 All I can say is they are total shit

These guys are so unreliable and blatantly lie to customers!! They have me an appointment for between 8-9am as the engineers first job so I made arrangements for someone to have the morning off work and be there to let the engineer in. He didn't turn up!!! They then tell me that they never gave me an appointment for that time and that my appointment was before 12pm. The rude lady answering customer services calls (and strangely claiming to be a manager) refused to listen to the recorded phone call that would confirm I was right. I guess that's because the lady I was speaking to was the same person that made the appointment and didn't want to be confirmed as a liar. They also charge your card in advance before even doing anything. Another sign of a bad company. Save yourself the hassle and stay away from these cowboys!!!

I called the company in the morning and after discussing the boiler problems they arranged a engineer Perry R to visit me within 3 hours to deal with the boiler problem I was facing.I found him very smart and clever person who within the time frame of one hour fixed the problem I was having with the boiler.I was very happy with the response and services from Plumbingforce I received.All the best.

Clearly they don't have enough engineers. Instead of managing expectations and saying they can't send someone today - they just keep bumping in the job. After wasting 2 days waiting in for non existent plumber - I cancelled and went elsewhere. I have used Plumbingforce twice before and they were excellent but would never use again.

Mickey Mouse operation. How can you say 1-3 hrs, same day? If you don't have enough engineers then be honest with your customers! Keep getting cancelled and appointments moved. Website says open Sundays but they say they are not. AVOID AVOID AVOID!! Treat customers like shit!

I would recommend anyone considering this firm to use another company. The staff were rude and unhelpful and they failed to turn up on 4 occasions. I used another firm instead. I have since found lots of awful reviews online about this firm and wish I had read them first. Do not use this firm!

1-3 hrs? More like 1-3 days! Been cancelled twice, lost a day and a halfs wages. Still not fixed, sitting in a cold house. Use someone else people!

This company has extremely poor customer service. I arranged a call out with an engineer to to inspect my hot water cylinder. He identified an issue and agreed to provide a quotation for parts and return three days later to fix. On the day, he did not arrive and when I rang the customer helpline they were unable to give a reason why. I was given numerous assurances on receiving a call back and update but each one failed to occur. I was then told by the company that the engineer doesn't book calls so it was never on the system and therefore not their problem. The staff were unhelpful and unwilling to listen to my concerns or apologise for the inconvenience caused.

Your friendly engineer, of Irish descent, did an excellent job on the problem with our fire. He made a perfect diagnosis, and left two elderly people very happy. Top marks. I am glad you contacted me as I was looking for an e-mail address to send my comments to. Thank you.

Got no joy trying to get through to someone at BG engineer sent to wrong address left me with no gas had to repeat myself trying to get back to BG still no joy
