“The chap who came was fine he did a lot of checks on the boiler and found out the mains pressure was low and sorted this out with the gas company. BUT he told me what I had paid for was only an inspection of the boiler and NOT a full strip down maintenance visit. I felt a bit cheated because I thought that is what he was to do, but maybe in hindsight I/and’ they should have clarified exactly what level of maintenance they were to carry out. Make sure you fully understand what you are paying for and exactly what they are going to do for you.”

“They came out same day and the plumber who I think was Zac was good and stopped the leak. We paid £140 for that but to put a new tap in would have cost us another £140 plus labour so would have spent £400.”

“They did the job but the plumber went out for a part. This took 1.5 hours. I paid for that time and as well as the call-out fee. I feel I was ripped off. Won't be using again. £250 pound to remove a wipe from the toilet.”

“I was a bit shocked at the final price and thought the long pressure checks on the phone with Worcester unnecessary and expensive. As nowhere in my flat was deemed a good place for the boiler by the engineer I Won't ask the company when the time comes to replace said boiler.”

“Prompt, professional, experienced and friendly operative. Investigated the problem with the boiler. Found the solution and when out of his way to obtain a replacement part, fit and test. All done in the same day.”

“We were charged £167 for a flexible gas pipe a piece of chain, + we have already paid £140 for the first hour. I would not recommend them to anyone, I will not be using them again.”
