“Victor who came to check and install the fire was very efficient, made no mess and showed me how it worked as it was slightly different from the previous model. The only snag was it took a couple of weeks to get the fire as Plumbingforce had delivery problems - however everyone I spoke to during that time was helpful, explained why and he did come a day earlier than agreed and I was told. I hope very much never to have to use them again but I would should the need arise.”

“I called PlumbingForce about the installation of a gas cooker. I phoned on the Friday afternoon and was offered an appointment between 9-1 the next day. I was advised of the £99 hourly rate when I called and also the charge for extra parts if needed. I was contacted in the morning to say that the engineer was running late and they wanted to check that someone would still be home ( this wasn’t a problem as I was home all day) I was contacted again at 4.30 to tell me the name of the engineer and an expected arrival time. He arrived within the next hour and was efficient and friendly throughout. The job was done and finished within 45 minutes. Communication and conduct was good throughout and also reasonably priced. I would recommend this company.”
